Carla looks like she could be someone's mom

Carla slowly opened her eyes.

The mother-to-be found herself laying on a hospital bed, a sheet of sort covering the main part of her body. But even without seeing a good majority of her face, Carla knew that substantial work had been done. That was the only explanation here.

Sitting herself up, Carla pushed the top sheet away. Afterwards, the mother-to-be's gaze fell upon her lower body. She had gained at least a foot, maybe two. A set of melons now hung confidently to her chest, complimenting the feminine curves she was now sporting. Not a speck of body hair remained on her skin, with her tone somehow lighter now. Rubbing a hand down her legs, she could make out the more feminine appearance of her limbs. While her thighs had lost of the muscle gained over the years, they had an appearance of someone who had clearly given birth at least once.

"It's good to see you're awake, Ms Carla." a nurse greeted as they entered the room. Carrying a mirror, they handed it over to the mother-to-be. Carla stared in and found the face of a woman staring. Smooth skin all around with what looked to be locks of auburn hair. "Should I alert Ms May that you are awake.

Carla nodded.

"I would love that." she answered, her mind already spinning with new ideas.
