Cardin grunted as the breath was **** out of his lungs upon being tossed to the ground. The cause of his fall, the gold-armour clad redhead fighter Pyyrha Nikos, turned the momentum of her throwing him into a one-handed cartwheel, which ended with him barely rolling out of the way of a stomp that cracked the concrete beneath her heel. Scrambling to his feet and adjusting his grip on his weapon, he took advantage of Nikos’ heel having gotten stuck into the floor to charge forward, swinging it down to unleash a terrible strike directly at her head. He watched her eyes widen in shock and surprise, felt a thrill as he realised he was about to get a hit on the legendary "untouchable" warrior… only for his weapon to suddenly feel heavier, slipping in his grip, and just barely missing her wide open face by a distance that would make centimetres look like miles. Overextending due to his unexpected miss, Cardin could only watch in horror as his weapon impacted the ground between the two of them, causing the integrated Dust core to detonate, sending him and Nikos flying away from each other, her somehow being flung far more gracefully as she landed easily on her feet and charged forward again. He, in contrast, tumbled head over heels several times before stumbling to a stop in a crouch, raising his arms defensively as the practice fight dissolved away into a painful blur of gold, red and that damn cocky grin his tormentor always wore in combat classes.

A few hours later, Cardin with a body as bruised as his ego was gingerly prodding at his sore spots as warm, soothing water washed over him in the shower. He couldn’t help but play the fight over and over in his head. He’d HAD her, dead to rights, then his weapon just suddenly got a mind of its own and decided to miss. Sure, there were rumours that the golden girl had some sort of invincibility Semblance, but surely that couldn’t be true, could it? No one in the world was truly invincible, there had to be some sort of weakness and by the gods he was going to find it and exploit it. Turning off the water, he wrapped a towel around his muscular torso and limped back into his room, collapsing with a groan onto his bed. Covering his face with his hands, he allowed the faces of his greatest foes in this college to pass through his mind. Those damn sisters for one, Yang and Ruby. The blonde was a freaking bombshell and she knew it, only problems with her were her attitude and mouth. If he had to hear another pun about him getting “Card-in his pants” while getting grappled he’d give Tits-for-brains something to do with that mouth. Then her sister, the prodigy who was moved up two years. He might tolerate her skills at fighting if she wasn’t so damn naive and… chipper whenever she fought him. The heiress was an uptight brat, the faunus a preachy bitch… then there was Jaune. Guy killed one Ursa and suddenly he’s the most confident bastard in the whole campus. Sighing to himself, he grunted in surprise when his Scroll suddenly gave a strange muted blip. Didn’t sound like a message or alarm or anything he’d heard before. Grabbing the device off his bedside cabinet, he quickly keyed his pin and watched as it unfolded to reveal a quick load bar, before text began to scroll over the screen.

“What the hell is this?” he muttered. The text continued, either because or despite of his question;

- INSTRUCTIONS -

Every person in this world has a "submission counter". This number shows how submissive people are towards you. Normally this number stays fairly stable after a few days of getting to know each other, but by using this app, you can start changing the number very fast. By clicking on this app you have already activated it, so the following passive elements are now in use:

1. You will gain submission points on people when they obey your orders.

2. No person can decrease the amount of submission you have on them anymore.

Every person is ranked from -100 to +100 in regards of their submission towards you. Following is a brief overview of the scores and their meaning:

-100 to -80 = This person will not take commands from you unless they literally have no other choice. They are more likely to get enjoyment out of bossing you around.

-80 to -60 = This person is very likely not to listen to your commands. The person assumes that he/she is in command of your relationship, and doesn't consider your opinions important.

-60 to -40 = You can sometimes get this person to listen to your commands. This person thinks it is unusual every time you don't obey him/her.

-40 to -20 = This person obeys your commands sometimes, but won't do it happily. They think it's more natural for him/her to be the leader.

-20 to 0 = This person doesn't prefer to take commands from you. The person considers themselves to be the more dominant in the relationship.

0 to 20 = This person is more likely to take commands from you. The person considers you to be the more dominant in the relationship.

20 to 40 = This person prefers to take commands from you. They think of you as the one more suitable to be the leader.

40 to 60 = This person enjoys taking commands from you. Has sometimes trouble deciding things for themselves, without your opinion.

60 to 80 = This person gets sexual pleasure from taking commands from you. The person is almost afraid to make their own decisions anymore.

80 to 100 = The person is completely bound to you, and is willing to do almost anything you order. Is basically too afraid to make their own decisions anymore that don't have anything to do with pleasing you.

“Okay, real funny guys. Who got this on my Scroll? Dove, you’re the techy guy, I have you to blame for this?” Cardin sat up on the bed glancing toward the door, expecting to see it slightly ajar with some of his roommates giggling at his reaction. The guys could be assholes, but he knew they did it to cheer him up. But it looked locked up tight.

‘Guys are probably recording me or something,’ he thought to himself, before looking back at the still scrolling text.

- HOW TO GAIN SUBMISSION POINTS -

You gain submission points from people by giving them orders and commands. Every time they obey, their submission grows. Note: This app will not help you gain dominance instantly. If you order someone to do something right now, they are as likely to obey as they were before you started using this program. However, as their submission grows after successful orders, it's of course then more easy to get them to obey and get more submission points. However, the number of points gained is tied to their current submission number and humiliation factor. For example, if a person has -63 submission points, and you successfully command them to bring you a coffee, this will result in some points based on how humiliating this person finds this command to be. But if, for example, you give the same order to a person who has +70 submission points already, and has already done more humiliating orders for you, this would probably gain you no more points. The more humiliating you make your orders, the faster the submission points will grow.

“Pfft. Alright, let’s see how far you’ve gone with this prank, whoever you are.” Kicking his legs up onto the bed with a wince (still hadn’t fully recovered yet) he thumbed the green “YES” key and watched as after a brief loading time a small handful of names and numbers scrolled up across it.

Cardin could hear his jaw creak as he gritted his teeth at the sight of the names of all his least favourite people. Sure, seeing Jaune with a score so much higher than the others made the beginnings of a chuckle bubble up, but these other scores… What did this prank say about him? That he needed some magic app to beat these girls!? He could feel his anger building rapidly up to peak and he prepared himself to fling his Scroll at the wall when one last name appeared with another quiet pip.

Cardin didn’t know how long he lay there staring at the holographic screen, mouth agape. No one, and he meant no one would dare put the Assistant Headmistress onto an app about making people submit to the user, not even a joke one. The absolute balls on whoever made this… no way was it one of the students. No professor would stoop so low as to pull such a prank either. Slowly but surely, the gears began to turn in his mind and he began to entertain the possibility that maybe, just maybe… this was for real. The app just might be genuine. The question was, how to know for sure?

Hey folks, finally making a debut on this site by trying my hands at adding to story I greatly enjoy. I’m taking inspiration from ButchHardback's Gerry Manheim route (which itself takes inspiration from drek’s Jack Dingle line, I highly, and probably unnecessarily, recommend both stories) both in terms of how the App works and how I intend to run this story, with certain big character decisions (who to target, what traits to buy etc) being decided by you guys in the viewing public via a poll that will be linked in the relevant chapters comments.

AU and Story Info; The story is set in Beacon College (not Academy), all characters have been aged up with Ruby still being the youngest at 18 at story start.

The Grimm still exist, hence combat training and there being a requirement for Huntsman, though I will more than likely not be focusing on them at all. Depending on which decisions are voted for, this story may include M/m, with a focus on feminisation, cucking and sissy kink. Villains and other non-relative adults (e.g. Cinder, Salem) are now professors/staff. Additionally, I may genderbend some characters, depending on what I think would be hotter. The team system is not in place, but students are still divided into their groups of four simply as that’s the number of beds in each dorm room.
