Capture the Invading party
Syd didn't want to hurt anybody but he knew the chances of them just turning around and leaving him alone where pretty slim so decided to capture them, after all this was what he was most experienced with.
He quickly started preparing a battle strategy to counter them using their fights to reach him as reference. Individually the Inquisitor/Temple Infiltrator was the greatest threat followed by the Great Cleric/Therapist, and finally the Defender/Paladin who he doubted could be a credible threat on his own... unfortunately they were a team and it would be impossible for Syd to focus on the people that were an actual threat as long as he was around so he needed to take care of him first before moving to the other two...Syd smiled inwardly as he came up with an idea of how to achieve his goal.

When Clove first received an order to lead a party of two priests, a senior temple knight and a distinguished inquisitor to subjugate a newly formed dungeon that had appeared near some no name village in the middle of nowhere, she had thought her superiors were attempting a power move to show off the church's strength. Now she had come to realise that if anything they were understaffed and vastly under prepared, the people that had invaded the dungeon had an intricate curse placed on them them that apparently would restrain their ability to function driving them to visit the dungeon again and again. Furthermore the discipline of the monsters and the holy aura present implied this was no ordinary dungeon, perhaps a lesser divinity made it's home here, hopefully she would proven wrong once they would reach the core of the dungeon but first they needed to dispose of the floor boss, which appeared to be a monster flower, nothing too dangerous, just as though that she was surprised to suddenly see a condensed fireball heading for her, without hesitation Rultr stepped infront of her to shield her before either of them could hear Lif's warning to wait, and Clove witnessed the temple knight disappear before her eyes, it tock her a whole moment to realise he had fallen into a rather deep pit trap and no longer standing between her and the attack.
