K-T turned around to see that a tall, amazon built, blonde girl in uniform was the one who stopped him. Before he could react or even understand what was happening his hands had been dragged away from his dick and cuffed behind his back.

"We always have some sort of perverts at the start of the year. I got you red handed for public masturbation, young man." She told him in an accusatory tone. She got some sort of small tablet from her pocket and after scanning the code on his hand she started typing a report on it.

It could get to 10 but I'll be lenient since it's your first infraction." She explained. K-T was completely unable to cover himself with his hands bound behind him and he was starting to notice some phones pointed his way in the crowd. He tried once again to argue his case.

"I wasn't doing what you said. I forgot to bring a change while taking a shower and my clothes ended in the laundry. I was just trying to stay as decent as I could on my way back to my room to get dressed. I don't know what this wall of shame or demerits are about. Please, can you uncuff me so I can cover myself? " he pleaded.

"As a new arrival and a scholarship student at that I'd expect you to have studied the campus rules before doing something like this. Touching your naked private parts in public is public masturbation, which is punishable by campus rules. You ID picture, your name and your crime will be displayed in the main hall and the website as a warning for everyone else not to break the rules. As for the demerits, the more you accumulate, the worse it gets. You can be stripped of various privileges on campus, lose your scholarship or even be expelled if you get too many. You start losing them after a period of time, but only if you don't get new ones before that, or you can erase some by volunteering for some punishment or work them off. "

" This is an honest mistake. I didn't know any of that. I'm innocent and I can't afford to lose my scholarship. Please, could I just get a warning for this time?" he begged in fear of having ruined his only chance of studying on his first day.

The situation could have ended worse, but contrary to other student, the picture of K-T that would be displayed would be a naked full body shot of him hard, rather than a headshot. K-T was shocked to see Tia patiently waiting not far away, at no point the girl who was supposed to guide him had tried to take his defense. In fact it looked like she too was taking notes about the incident.

Something weird came to his mind as he jogged to the building, without covering himself this time. As humiliating as it would have been, if he didn't try to cover he wouldn't have gotten in trouble. He was unsure if Tia was following him back to his room, but he was trying to get there as fast as possible to get one of his loinclothes on. As skimpy and flappy as those were, they were better than nothing.

Once clothed K-T tried to decide what to do. He could wait in his room and try to learn more about the campus and the rules on his tablet. Or he could get back to Tia to visit more of the campus. Or explore by himself and maybe find something to eat.
