CHARGE!

Seeing only two pesky heroes you chose the "blitz attack". Quickly exchanging the bow for the sword you dive down towards the campfire. Landing on one of your enemy's you stab your sword at the other. Unable to dodge the surprise attack the stab connects and leaves the dwarf a nasty shoulder wound. The gnome below you tried to get up, a waste of effort since your whole weight pressed down on her.

The dwarf reaches for its axe and strikes a high blow at you, you parry and hew back at him. Exchanging blows back and forth while keeping the Gnome down you think this will be a piece of cake. Well that is until you hear a sleepy moan come from a tent nearby, you look in the direction of the tent after dazing the dwarf with a headbutt and see a heavy armored blonde human female looking at you, it only takes a few seconds before she registers what is happening and comes to the aide of her companions. Charging at you the human rams you off of the gnome and to the ground. Rolling with the **** you quickly crawl to your feet only to see three weapons pointed at you.

Unfolding your wings you think it is better to make a strategic retreat then to continue this fight, who knows you might take one out during their march to the citadel tomorrow. Flapping your wings you kick up some dirt and blind the three giving you a clean take off. Rising into the sky quickly you hover over the clearing one last time before turning to fly away.

Alas fate is unkind to you, an arrow shoots out of a nearby tree and ruptures your right wing. Not able to fly with just one wing you see the ground coming closer rather quickly.

Crashed into the ground your bones broken you look at the party of heroes. Then the dwarf raises his axe and ends you.
