They found her just as she was gravelly injured but managed to kill off Salem's agents but at the cost of Tai's life. Raven reached the Maiden just as she breathed her last and since Raven was the last person she saw the powers transfered to her. Knowing Salem would continue looking for anyone with Maiden power Raven knew she couldn't risk the rest of her true family and fled back to her tribe to keep them safe.

An Ren survived the fall of their town. She took in Nora to raise as her own along side Ren. Together they made from town to town making out a living when they could and moving on when things dried up. She knows Nora feels for Ren more than brother and is quietly encouraging her and dropping hints to Ren about it but Ren is to scared to risk breaking up the family if things fall apart. An came with the kids to Vale and has a apartment in 1 of the nicer lower income distracts close to Beacon. Ren and Nora visit her on weekends and brought Pyrrha and Jaune a few times
