Burst in through the door

You run into the door shoulder first, knocking it off its hinges, and fully ready to split some heads open. But just as you get ready to fight, your eyes widen to see that all the men have already been killed, and Isabelle stands over her father, her sword pressed to his throat.

She looks at you, and smiles. "What took you so long?

You scratch the back of your head. "Um, well, I... I didn't know where you were, and I had to find out and... I came to rescue you."

"Oh, that's so sweet of you. But I took care of everything already. Still, thank you, I appreciate the gesture."

You clear your throat, realizing you should have seen this coming. Isabelle is a remarkable swordsman, and judging by how much trouble she gave you, you realize she would have no trouble dealing with ten humans. "So... want to go now?"

"Yup. Just need to take care of one last thing." She then turns her attention to her father. "So, are we in agreement, father?"

He hesitantly nods. "Y-yes. I don't follow you, and I keep my head."

"Very good." Isabelle says. "Okay, let's go."

Isabelle reaches out to you, and you take her hand. "He's brainwashed you!" her father shouts in anger.

She sighs, and says, "Maybe. But I am happy, and I will kill you if you try to take that away from me. Goodbye, father."

With that you leave this city of men, meet up with Miranda, and head for your village. But it is getting dark out, and it might be a good idea to camp for the night.
