Bullies/Spell/obedient, supportive

Bullies:

Any person abusing their power on others (through strength, money, social position, ...) can be affected by the power.

Spell:

The power is caused by a spell you threw on yourself or someone threw on you. The spell cause any bully to be totally obedient to you, you can make them do anything you want. They can still complain or plead to not do what you ask, (unless you specifically tell them not to) but they'll obey nonetheless if you ask them a second time.

Obedient, supportive:

The bullies obey to any order, even if some have to be repeated a second time if they really don't want to. They'll do their best to please you as much as they can, but will still be limited by their personal skills.

Witnesses and third parties will see your actions as a good thing and may even enjoy what you ask to the bullies. If asked they'll also won't hesitate to give a hand in subduing the bully if it's something they want to do or don't mind doing.
