Bug Faction

Selene Argos was seen as an unusual figure. A woman of Greek ancestry living in England wasn't too unusual, her being an open lesbian and entomologist on the other hand were a bit outside the norm. She was surprised to see she had made it to number 2 in the global rankings, as the alias Butterfly Mantis (she had tried 4 other monikers, only to for them all to be invalid for her). Her favorite faction to play with was the Bugs, which amusingly was every creepy crawly with an exoskeleton, not just insects and spiders, it also included all the other members of the arthropod family (which includes crustaceans). To Selene, it didn't matter about what faction was most powerful or not, the fact she made it to number 2 on the global leader board was a pleasant surprise.

Selene had started playing the game when she was 16, and now she 27, and had jumped through the hoops for the Mature servers shortly after she turned 18. This allowed her to make things more to her personal standards among her citadel resources and advisors. And the avatar she built for herself was designed with two forms, the one she used when out and about that was actually a sort of organic mech suit specifically designed to look imposing and the other form was her true form, a figure that designed to be a sexy bug woman that made most professional models look lacking; she was basically a super villain from various settings, and that's the way she liked it.

She made her advisors into different anthropomorphic variants of various units for the faction. They were all designed to be different kinds of model quality female figures, with one special milf build, that were designed to be her eye candy and excuse for kinky diversions. She had spent time almost as soon as she got confirmation she was officially part of the Mature severs, making the designs and backgrounds of her advisors more erotic. This was mainly for her personal aesthetics, especially since she had her advisors coded to be romantically and sexually attracted to each other, and herself, while still being able to maintain proper professionalism when on duty, but she liked having the option to get kinky with her advisors whenever she felt in the mood.

She had just finished adding in some of the newer adjustments she had found in the advisor alteration options she had become recently aware of before the newest update dropped. She was roommates with 3 other women, all of whom were respectful, but they didn't play RoD, one said they had tried, but they just didn't gel with it. It suddenly announced something about sending them to the Relicarn and the Top 10 global players would get 4 cards to pick for bonuses instead of the default 2 everyone else was going to be stuck with. While mulling over this, she noticed the number 1 global player, Draco Conquistador, was already picking his cards. Before she knew it, he had pulled his 4 cards.

When it was her turn, not much of a wait when you're the number 2 in global rankings. The first card she pulled was an upgrade to equipment to Mid-game level, not usually her style but wasn't going to turn down an advantage; her second card was advancement on the Civic tree (in the way she wanted it to go, she had found a special ability called Symbiotic Industry that gave some serious bonuses and features on all aspects of the Civic building system that gave some unique bonuses to the non-civic build options), she found that civic advancents actually synergize really well with the Bug faction; her third card brought her advisors up to their Mid-game versions, good stuff; her fourth card unlocked mid-game ability for her avatar, the ability Bug Monarch, which give her and all her faction units that were specifically her faction, it took a lot to unlock that ability that early.

With the final card taken, Butterfly Mantis was sent to the world to do her work. Before she knew it, Butterfly Mantis in her council room, her "ExoArmor," as her advisors liked to call it, was just behind her and she was in her standard body. This form was anthro bug woman that was a sensual blending of Mantis, Butterfly, Shrimp, Centipede, Beetle, and Wasp. Her figure made her look like a sexy figure with a 37 I-Cup chest and physical build that could make even elite models feel insecure. And her advisors were almost as sensual.
