In Circes database, few files share the level of intensive secrecy as the ones pertaining to a certain class of individual known as “Mistresses.” The files are not just encrypted- a new language was created by Circe with totally arbitrary rules so that she could write them in that, then put them through encoding, then translate them back into English, then make the English text into Russian characters, then store it in her database. If you unraveled every layer of this mad, paranoid secrecy, you would find this among the few files pertaining to the strange and elusive Mistresses.

Name: Britney Atwater

Physical Description: Britney’s size varies for reasons to be discussed, but her standard height is 5’6. She has a large penis, and large breasts. Specific measurements would be pointless due to frequent alteration. This data, while accurate at time of writing, should not be taken as gospel.”
History: Britney was once, by her own admission, a normal human. She claims this was thousands and thousands of years ago, but we have only her word to go on. How she acquired her current strength is not known, but she possesses many magical powers which include: Teleportation, physical alteration of living beings with no change to their thinking mind, summoning objects at will, surviving fantastic amounts of damage, and producing antimagical compounds biologically. (Note: it is suspect whether or not she could produce equally potent antimagic without using her own feces, but she claims that the suffering of the one who wishes to acquire antimagic is critical to the process). She has been observed using her powers to flagrantly ignore physical law. She has numerous “Sons” and “daughters,” who she claimed by reforming them or rebirthing them (a process which involves taking them into her womb and then expelling them into the world as fully formed creatures with no change in their consciousness. How she manages this without harming herself or the newborn can be presumed to be another use of her magical abilities). She seems to take great joy in doing this, along with changing the forms of anyone in any way.

Procedural Recommendation: Britney has no known limits to her power, and while she doesn’t seem especially malicious, she offers a full-scale threat to all Circes if she can transform one of us in a way that convinces them to corrupt the others. As such, any Circe that has contact with her directly will be debriefed by low-intelligence drones and then memory wiped. Any Circes with physical alterations must be screened for potentially dangerous side effects and quarantined for no less than 48 hours before returning to their normal duties.”
