Breakfast in bed

Emma awakens from her sleep to the sound of her phone ringing. She moaned a bit and saw her cellphone on her bedside table with messages from certain people. Rubbing her eyes Emma got up and noted she was under bed sheets and Dan was nowhere in sight. Sighing Emma took the phone and began to read through the messages.

"Emma where are you?"

The message read as it was from her old agent. The man was very much against Emma's retirement but Emma ignored him and went through with it anyway. She made it very clear her mental wellbeing was on the line and she did not want to end up like other celebrities who went through a mental break from the stress. Emma responded quickly to the man in question.

"Enjoying my retirement. what do you want now?"

Emma then got a response from the man and knew he was being stubborn.

"I think your making a big mistake, you had so much going for you." He texted but Emma refused to listen.

"So did others and when the stress finally break them they had nothing. Stop trying to make me come back, I'm done." She wrote and then ended the conversation before laying down. "Fuck." Emma sighed just before the door opened and Dan walked in.

"Hey Emma." Dan greeted as he carried some food for her.

"Hey Dan." Emma said as she sat up. "I have to admit I had a great night last night." Emma said as Dan sat on the bed.

"Same." Dan said and in turn shared some food with Emma.

"Huh I thought I would have to stock up on food." Emma said but Dan chuckled.

"You do, I ran to the store for this stuff." Dan said as the pair shared a meal.

"My knight in naked skin." Emma teased as she truly felt relaxed now. Emma laid back down as she smiled towards Dan who joined her in bed again.

"So, what should we do now?" Dan asked curious as to what they should do now.

"Well, we did cut our tour short yesterday." Emma said as she wanted to explore some more.

"True." Dan said and thus he had a few ideas. "But you also have that pool in the back, a shame to let it go to waste." Dan offered as Emma thought about it.
