Branch Notes
- I really love this story. The protagonist comes across as really sweet, and I like the other characters too, especially Selina. Plus the mechanics and the pacing are absolutely awesome. I hope that Dorling is inspired someday to return to this branch and show us more of Katy’s journey as originally envisioned.
- I believe that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so my intent here is to flatter Dorling. My branch is in a very similar universe to the original branch, with the characters, their motivations, and their starting mental states very similar to the prime branch. The major differences are from random chance, and the fact that in this universe the app is a bit more kinky, and slightly harder to manage.
- It’s actually been a fun exercise to try to match the events of the original branch with changes driven by different impacts of the app.
- I ended up reusing chunks of some of Dorling’s chapters verbatim, since the parallel universes were experiencing almost exactly the same events. The chapter “Computer Trouble” is almost word for the same, because I loved it so much, and I wanted the exact same event to be canon within this branch as well.
- After about five days the changes will cascade, and the branches will completely diverge.
- Just to keep things consistent with Dorling’s branch, Katy is 18, almost 19 years old. All other characters are older than her..
- Kinks / Fetishes present in this branch include exhibitionism, ENF, CMNF, CFNF, hold the moan, D&s, spanking, body writing, and mild body transformation. There will be some references to ****, and probably some mild watersports in the future. I’ll be sure to alert folks if any unconventional kinks come up..
