Bracelet of Normality

Description: After someone puts on this bracelet, anything they do will be completely considered normal no matter how absurd the action might be.

Anything they say will also be considered truthful and complete fact but reality will not change based off of what you say, everyone will just think what you said was true.

Item Rule#1: unlike the other items, anyone can put on this item, there is no owner

Item Rule#2: Even after the user takes off the bracelet no one will consider anything that they did before as weird, only anything after they take off the bracelet or when they don't have the bracelet on.

Item Rule#3: anyone who knows what the bracelet can do or unaffected by the bracelet itself. Although as long as the user has the bracelet on, said person cannot convince anyone of the bracelet's abilities No matter how much they try.
