When it comes to boobs, and how to handle them. Women on Aeterna generally fall into four camps.

Those who like to wear bras appreciate the support it provides them to help carry their soft, plush fun bags. They also enjoy the coverage, allowing them to eliminate any sense of unnecessary exposure to the world around them, especially to horny men. While these benefits are greatly appreciated, bras can be uncomfortable and there is no greater relief than taking your bra off after a long day and letting the girls relax. And also, some relief from the infernal digging of straps and wires into your skin. Additionally, opponents of wearing a bra say that wearing one weakens a woman's body's ability to naturally hold up the weight of their boobs, causing them to become saggy quicker. There are also those that oppose the abandoning of the Aethini's traditional garment for breast coverage.

The second group are those that enjoy the middle ground of a simple piece of cloth known as "Ankhi". Notably, this is the traditional method of providing modesty to women who wish to have coverage for their breasts. This maintains (most of the time) the benefits of coverage that the bra provides by covering the nipples with a piece of cloth held down by a weight attached to the bottom. This helps to prevent the fabric from moving too much. There are also solutions that involve a sticky material on the inside of the Ankhi that adheres to the skin of the breast. This one does expose more skin than a bra, leaving the individual to decide whether they like that or not especially as it is difficult to wear something over the top of the Ankhi. Traditional clothing worn on the top half of Aethini women exposes the chest for this purpose. The lack of support underneath or around the sides of the breasts makes Ankhi prone to providing passers by with glimpses of their wearers nipples as well as not helping much with any back ache that those more well endowed women often encounter.

Thirdly, there are those that like to wear a sort of full body suit underneath their clothes. Or even, they conclude it alone is sufficient clothing for them. The more conservative among women often choose this option, thought given the littany of different styles available, some more revealing than others, you may conclude that some women just choose this as a fashion option especially considering that one of these may be socially acceptable as an almost complete outfit.

And of course, some women find ultimate freedom in going without. They let their titties jiggle free for the world to see!

There is one final method employed by some of a kinkier nature. These women pierce their nipples with thick metal rings and attach chains between them and a collar around their neck. It may also incorporate a fine chain mesh or cloth "cup" that is also attached via the chains that sits underneath the breast to provide a shelf for it to sit on. This unique method is uncommon and is understandably viewed as inherently sexual. It has the side effect of demonstrating a marked increase in the speed at which the breasts will sag.
