Chapter 652 by Fantasy Fantasy

Bonds.

I took Sarah to my room. And by that I mean that I picked her up and princess-carried her up the stairs. She laughed and planted kiss after kiss on my neck all the way there.

Cake saw us go in, and I swear to fucking god, the damn cat SIGHED before she jumpped off the bed and left the room. Sarah and I were speechless.

“Okay, something is DEFINITELY going on with your cat,” she told me.

“That, and I think she just gave up on fighting for attention,” I said, laughing. “Thanks, Cake. I promise I’ll make you something special tonight.”

Cake meowed, but really, that could’ve just as well have been ‘thank you’ or a ‘bite me.’

I set Sarah on the bed, but she wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me down with her and brought my lips to hers. We made out for a long moment, letting hands roam and grope and without saying a word. I could feel how Sarah wanted to taste me thoroughly, running her tongue inside my mouth and sneaking her hands under my T-shirt to touch my abs, breathing hard and deep all the while.

“Sorry. It’s selfish, but… I wanted to have you to myself today, if possible,” she said after a moment. “I… didn’t tell the others.”

“That’s on me. I’ll have to make it up to them,” I told her.

Sarah grinned and caressed my cheek with the back of her fingers. “But you did it with Diana after work, right?”

“Yeah.”

“And you had a foursome with Mila, Alice and Noelle at a hotel.”

“Correct.”

“Then this is my moment. Do something with Grace some other time.” She pecked my lips. “And when we’re living together, this’ll be less of a problem.”

“Maybe for you. If you girls keep this up, I won’t get anything done, ever.”

“What, you don’t like having girls throw themselves at you?” she asked teasingly, grabbing my hand and leading it to her tit.

I groped it while pushing her nipple with my thumb over her top. “No, not really,” I told her, smirking. “When have I ever hinted that was the case?”

“When…” Sarah blinked as she thought about it. “Oh wow. You’re right. You’re always uncomfortable."

“Not always. Not when it’s you girls now that we have a stable relationship.”

Sarah smirked back. “But when we first did it you were freaking out.”

“And I’ve never claimed otherwise.”

“Alright, I’ll throw myself at you more often from now on.”

“Didn’t you hear what I said? I’ll never get anything done,” I told her, tracing a finger along her collar bone, making her shudder.

“We leave you to lead most of the time, and you always spoil us whenever we want. We want to spoil you, too, but you always feel guilty when we try.”

I grimaced. “Yeah, Noelle said as much the other day.”

Sarah smiled. “Oliver… I said I wanted to talk, and it’s true. Or more like… I want to say things again, things I’ve said before.”

“Tell me.”

“I love you,” she said, smiling at me and staring up into my eyes. “I love you so, so damn much it’s seriously scary sometimes. I’ve told you this before, but sometimes I’m afraid we’re moving too quickly, that what I feel for you is too strong for just under a year together. Oliver, you have me. You HAVE me. I’ll do anything for you, without hesitation, and that thought itself is scary.”

“You know I feel the same about you, right?”

Sarah smiled. “Yes, and that’s what always stops me from freaking out. You know I… gave myself to someone before. Not to this extent, not even close. Only in the sense that there was someone I thought I loved dearly, but who ended up hurting me badly. I promised I’d never give myself like that again, yet… here we are.”

“Sarah…”

“I was thinking about this just this morning. Why? Why would I go back on my own promise to myself? And then I remembered our little outing for tomorrow.” Sarah caressed my cheek, her eyes still locked on mine. “I never expected you to care about my family, not one bit. But you do. You care a lot, and that means so fucking much to me. Yeah, we know how we feel about each other through this… weird magical connection, but you still always show me how much you care. This isn’t the same as what stupid little Sarah did before. Oliver, you’re my everything, and I’m happy to give you my everything, too. And don’t even start with that usual bullshit of not being able to be there fully for me because of the other girls. That’s part of you, and I love it, and I encourage it. It’s not ‘something I put up with,’ okay? I’m gonna say it loudly, but read my mind if you have to. I love you, and I love that there are other girls. I love them, too, if in a different way.”

You know what I said about a girl texting a guy about wanting sex being flattering? Yeah, even that has nothing on this. Only this put a lot more pressure on me, pressure to want to be even better for her.

“You’re making a strong case for yourself as the legal wife, you know?” I told her.

Sarah smirked. “You know it! But… Actually, I was thinking about that, too.”

“Hm?”

“Marriage… In the end, it’s just a document. A legal document that’s there to give a couple rights and obligations. Sure, it’ll suck not having the usual rights married couples have, but… Maybe marriage just isn’t for us?”

“Oh?”

“I mean, I doubt magic can suddenly make polygamy legal everywhere, right? It’s one thing to deal with perception and another to deal with written laws.”

I nodded.

“But even so… Isn’t this… link we have even stronger than some legal contract? Maybe I’m naive, but I doubt most married couples can feel so much of their partner like we do. I want to talk about this with the others, but… What do you think?”

I chuckled. “You have a point. Beyond legalities, marriage is a promise to stay together. Maybe we’re young and a little stupid, but I want to stay with all of you forever.”

Sarah smiled brightly. “So do I.”

“Does that mean we should act like we’re already married?” I asked, smirking teasingly.

Sarah mirrored that smirk. “I don’t know about you, but I might start seeing it that way from now on.”

“Come here, honey.” I got my arms around Sarah’s waist and lifted her up, sitting her on my lap.

Sarah laughed. “Oh no, don’t call me honey! It feels weird!”

Sarah kissed me again, and through it I could feel the immense happiness and satisfaction she felt. It was less that she felt like we had actually gotten married all of a sudden and more that she was happy that I was reciprocating the ideas and feelings that had been eating her up recently.

“I still think we should have a ceremony eventually, though,” I told her.

“Oh, totally. I’m not giving that up, and I bet none of the others would forgive you if you tried to dodge it. Call me stupid if you want, but I want to wear the white dress one day.”

“...Could we have sex with you wearing it?”

Sarah smirked. “Baby, you’ll be fucking a bunch of brides one day. I promise you.”
