Blue vs Brooke

Word from the author: Not changing Brock’s name to something feminine was bugging me, but I couldn’t come up with anything good. Then, divalution suggested Brooke. How did I not think of that. So I decided to go through all my chapters where Brock is mentioned and change her name to Brooke. If you see any I end up missing, let me know. Thanks divalution!

The lights around the stadium dim, and anticipation falls over the hushed crowd. A ring of monitors lights up over the battlefield, displaying live feeds of what the cameras pick up, so the live audience can see what’s happening from every angle. The feminine, radio announcer-like voice picks up once again, grabbing everyone’s attention.

“Coming out first, you know her, you love her, you wish you could be with her or just be her; it’s The Rock-Solid Pokémon Trainer, Brooke!” Cheers fill the entire stadium, the locals roaring their appreciation for Pewter City’s gym leader loudly. Out of the darkness and onto the battlefield steps a 6’0” tall, bulky woman with bronzed skin and spiky black hair. She smiles and waves to the crowd, though her eyes never seem to open. She’s only wearing baggy gray cargo pants and heavy black work boots, her bare torso able to viewed by all, revealing her solid core of firm muscle and her C-cup bust. She definitely looks like Leah, though much bulkier.

“And now for our challenger! Now, we here in Pewter City just love us some busty blondes, so this rookie trainer is going to be quite the treat. A prodigal child of the Oak family, here for her first badge, give it up for Blue, from Pallet Town!” As your rival steps out onto the battlefield, the crowd begins to cheer and whistle appreciatively. The cameras all focus on her, getting all kinds of shots, focusing particularly on her ‘assets’. Blue is wearing a short-sleeve black blouse and a navy-blue mini skirt, both tightly pressed against her body. She definitely seems tense, and you can easily imagine why. Her first big battle in front of a crowd, her first sex in front of a crowd, probably her first time with another woman too. She’s been talking a big game about the things she’s going to do to gym leaders for years now, it’s time for her to prove herself.

“Oh good, we made it in time. Barely.” The voice comes from your right, as a pair of people hurriedly sit in the two empty seats on that side of you. A moment of recognition hits, as you realize these are the blonde guy and brunette girl you had seen in the Pokécenter lobby last night. The girl is sitting directly beside you, and the boy one seat over. He catches you looking at him and, after a second, recognizes you as well. “Oh, hey there!”

“Hi.” You aren’t exactly sure what else you should say, plus the match is about to start. The pair smile at you, the girl looking slightly embarrassed, then all three of you return your attention to the center of the stadium, and the announcer’s voice.

“This battle will be 2 on 2! Should the challenger win, she earns not only the Boulder Badge, but a Technical Machine and a cash prize too! Should she lose, she must pay a loss penalty and try again another day! And of course, no matter what happens, when two sexy ladies throw down in the ring, it ends in fucking!” The people gathered cheer loudly, obviously excited and ready for the show to start. “Combatants ready? Then let’s get this started!”

“Geodude, go!” Brooke’s first Pokémon takes to the field, a floating boulder with arms and a face.

“C’mon Squirtle!” Blue starts off strong with her starter, its water type giving it a 4x advantage over its opponent. This shouldn’t be much of a battle honestly, Blue should kind of just steamroll Brooke. “Water Gun!” A jet of pressurized water blasts from the turtle’s mouth, slamming into the Geodude after it failed to dodge. The rock Pokémon goes flying back, spinning and falling to the ground.

“Aaaaaand Brooke’s Geodude is unable to battle! This may be a quick one folks, water types don’t usually take too long with Brooke’s low-level teams. On the plus side, we get to the fun bits a lot quicker!” The announcer calls out as Brooke recalls her Geodude. The crowd cheers, including you; looks like Blue’s got this in the bag.

“Onix, you’re up!” The gym leader sends out her second, and final, Pokémon, a massive snake-like creature made from inter connected boulders. “Rock Tomb, now!” The Onix slams its tail into the ground, causing a number of boulders to fly up in an arc towards Blue’s Pokémon. Squirtle manages to dodge a few, but one connects, pinning the tiny turtle to the ground. It didn’t do a massive amount of damage, but Squirtle’s mobility is currently limited.

“Water Gun!” Blue commands, and her starter once again shoots a torrent of liquid from its mouth. Thanks to its limited range of motion however, the rock snake is able to quickly move to a spot on the battlefield that Squirtle can’t see. The turtle shoots randomly, starting to panic.

“Rock Tomb again!” Another hail of stones launches into the air, landing onto the pinned Pokémon, who cries out in pain.

“You need to dig out!” Blue calls, and her partner begins wriggling and squirming against the massive stones pressing against it, slowly making its way out.

“Onix, Tackle it!” Brooke shouts, and you’re surprised she’s risking getting close to the water type. But as Onix lowers itself to the ground and starts streaking forward, you realize it isn’t a risk. The giant Pokémon is moving straight toward the boulders, the ones pinning Squirtle down. It’s going to plow right through to hit the other Pokémon, not even giving it a chance to react.

“Hurry!” Blue urges her starter, who begins doubling its efforts to escape. What happens next comes down to the slimmest of margins in timing. Half a second of difference would have resulted in a different outcome.

As Onix slams head-first into the boulders, Squirtle just manages to squeeze itself out, dodging the initial impact. As the tiny turtle looks up, it can see the rock snake’s face right next to it, bearing down on it. In a panic, the water type just sprays Bubbles right into its opponent’s face. The rock type rears back, roaring in pain as the little bursts of water connect with its face. “Now, Water Gun!” The tension in Blue’s voice is heavy, her face straining with panic of its own. Unnecessary panic, however, as her partner blasts the rock type with pressurized water, causing it to cry out in agony before collapsing to the ground.

“Brooke’s Onix is unable to battle! Brooke is out of usable Pokémon, so Blue is the winner!” The stadium erupts into cheering, yours louder than any others. That was incredible! Short, sure, but incredible! Blue has one her first gym badge, and you got to be here to see it. Not only that, but Brooke performed very well with a huge disadvantage! So this is what gym leaders are capable of, even with their low-level teams… You’re gonna have a hard time against that kind of skill, especially with a team of a fire type, a flying type, and an electric type. Hooooo boy.

The rest of the show?
