Where is Ashley?

Big sisters to the rescue

Taylor opened up her phone to a text from her mom. By the way Monica made it sound, Zack wasn’t doing too great and could use some help. She didn’t say much but it was enough to worry his big sister. Taylor couldn’t help but feel for her brother that she was deathly protective over. Unknown at the time but not surprising, Hannah was reading the text over her shoulder.

“O I’d be happy to cheer up Zachary!” Hannah cheered in her flirtiest of ways. Hannah being Ashley’s older sister and best friend of Zack’s older sister Taylor. Hannah was every guy and many girls’ dream, possibly only being rivaled by Heather. She had the same shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes of her sister but differed in just about every other way. As most people would describe Ashley as the definition of cute, Heather’s looks and demeanor shouted sex. She had a petite hourglass figure with huge D cup breasts and a large but tight ass that she knew how to use to her benefit. At first glance you’d probably expect her to be a porn star or cam model. Two careers that she has yet to try but hasn’t fully ruled out. She also had a bit of a soft spot for Zack and can’t help but tease him at every chance. It wasn’t lost on her his late growth spurt and that the once nervous boy was now much more of a man.

Taylor took advantage of the nearby pillow in her dorm room and slammed it into the side of the unexpecting Hannah’s head. Taylor was basically the opposite of Hannah in almost every way. She was much taller, only a couple inches shorter than Zack. She had flowing dark brown hair and the same icy blue eyes as her brother. She had smaller breasts than Hannah but still impressive and fit her frame perfectly. A frame that was crafted from years of Volleyball. Her ass on the other hand definitely showed off her years of athletics and was well admired anywhere she went. She was also much more in control of herself and spent more time looking after Hannah than not. The two opposites complimented each other well and their bond may appear confusing to others. Being that their moms are so close, they have been inseparable since they were basically toddlers.

“Go anywhere near my brother and you’ll end up on the back of a milk carton!” Taylor threatened. Hannah rubbed her head and smiled at knowing that she had her best friend so riled up. She wrapped her arms around the feisty girl’s shoulders.

“So, does that mean Daniel is free game? Don’t worry he’ll still be your dad, but he can be my daddy!” Taylor elbowed the flirty girl hard enough to nearly knock her off the bed and earn a surprised grunt in response. “That’s no way to treat your future stepmom! As soon as the wedding is official, you’re grounded! Wait is there a porn niche for that yet? There will be soon.” Hannah smiled while caught in thought as Taylor loudly exhaled in frustration. Taylor has had enough at this point and went to the closet to find her suitcase. It sounded like Zack could use her help and decided she could make a quick visit this weekend.

Hannah saw her start to pack and got excited about a trip back home. “When are we leaving?”

___

Harrison was fuming by Amber’s betrayal. He was mostly mad that someone he viewed so far beneath him could dare talk to him that way. It didn’t help that the other two girls seemed humored by it. After replaying it in his head, Amber seemed to admit that something did happen before she deleted the evidence. Knowing Robert Ravers’ wealth, there’s a chance he has cameras in his house. He just needed to find a geek capable of hacking it. He looked around the hallway and spotted the perfect nerd digging through his locker as he adjusted his glasses. Not completely sure of the targeted guy’s name, he figured he could easily convince him even if he needed Sharon to help.

___

Days have passed at Azure Rocks. Chloe and Paris were first a bit put off by former mean girl Amber being around all the time but seemed to finally adopt her like a lost puppy. It was hard to dislike her as she may be absent minded at times but always meant well. Admittedly, she brought a kindness to the group. They both noticed how entranced she was with Zack which somehow was lost on the currently brooding guy. Kevin also joined the group much more than before which was alarming for Zack at first. He finally realized that if Chloe was going to date anyone, Kevin was probably the best option. Once at terms, he was finally happy for whatever this was between his two friends.

___

Zack was on his way back to his locker before he was pulled into a stairwell. He was doing his best to cheer up but was still pretty hurt by hearing nothing from Ashley for nearly a week now. He turned to his aggressor to see a smirking Madison. Madison did a double take of her surroundings before pulling him close. She leaned in and kissed him hard before pulling back and looking into his eyes. “Did you miss me?” She smiled and then leaned in again to kiss the guy this time adding tongue. The troubled guy battled internally for a bit with everything that was going on. Madison noticed something was off and pulled back feeling hurt. Zack wanted to reassure her but couldn’t **** himself to act in time. Madison half laughed and came up with a shaky reason that she had to leave. She darted off and was soon out of site. Zack hated that he was ruining everything as he continued on his way to his class. As he turned the corner, he was now face to face with Ashley.

They both were shocked at the sudden site of each other, and Ashley let out a slight shriek. She attempted to bolt but Zack gently grabbed her and pulled her back. The hurt boy did his best to hold it together before he spoke.

“I’ve been trying to get ahold you for days…” He cut himself off seeing her pained expression and readjusted. “I just want to know that you’re okay.”

Ashley took a deep breath and tried to face Zack. “Our friendship is one of the most important things to me, and I don’t want to do anything to lose that.” She had trouble keeping it together as she responded.

“Do you regret what we did?”

Ashley now met eyes with him and quickly shook her head no. “That night was perfect!” The confused girl tried to correct herself. “I just can’t imagine if something were to go wrong and not having you in my life.”

Zack looked completely defeated at this point and even more so confused. Everything she was saying seemed to be completely contradicting to the guy and the confusion only added to the hurt. Ashley didn’t know how to help him but took a deep breath and decided it was best to be honest with her friend.

“Zack, I could see us married and growing old together with a house full of kids someday.” Zack was a bit startled by her admission. “But we just started senior year and haven’t even picked our colleges. If we started something now, we may make decisions and compromises that we’d regret in the future. It isn’t fair for either of us.” Ashley was well known for her toughness but was currently freaking out. She thought this moment had to happen but wasn’t ready to face it.

Zack tried his best to hold it together and focused on what mattered most. “Ash, if that’s how you feel, then I guess I’ll have to be okay with it. You say you don’t want to hurt the friendship, but I haven’t heard from you in nearly a week. That might be the longest time we’ve had apart since we were in diapers. I’ll do whatever it takes to keep you happy. I just want to make sure that you’re okay?”

Ashley flinched at the comment, because she wasn’t sure if she was okay. What seemed like a fun and spontaneous moment at the time, has really messed with her. Ashley has had days now to deal with the internal feelings that she had long neglected for the sweet guy. She has practiced what she would finally say to Zack but wasn’t prepared in this particular moment. In truth, she didn’t fully believe in what she was saying but figured it was what she should do. It took all of her inner strength from lunging at him and kissing him right now.

Zack studied the girl and tried his best to not upset her further. “What are you doing tomorrow night? Can we meet up and talk? I’ve missed not having you around.”

Ashley now looked away more uncomfortable than before. “I’m actually supposed to meet up with Brandon. He apologized for everything before and sounds like he’s changed. He wants to try and clear the air. It’s not a date but I think he at least deserves to be heard out.”

Zack could barely look at her at this point as he tried to hold back his anger. “You mean the same Brandon who threw paint on us, right? The same Brandon whose friends mock and taunt you in the hallways?” Zack was more furious than Ashley has possibly ever seen. She wanted to defend herself but couldn’t come up with any reasonable answers in the moment. The angry guy looked away trying his best to keep his emotions in check. Ashley was nearly breaking at this point and didn’t want to do anything to hurt her best friend. She leaned in for a hug and felt him flinch. Ashley did her best to keep it together as her eyes started to tear up. Zack would never want to hurt her and pulled the broken girl close with a tight squeeze. She soon melted into him worried that she has already damaged the friendship past repair. Ashley wasn’t exactly sure what to think or how to explain her own actions that clearly have Zack more confused and upset than ever. Some things just take time. The typically collected guy couldn’t put together any words to comfort her or explain his feelings. He simply continued the hug for a few moments before gently kissing her on the forehead. “I’m not going anywhere. Just please don’t disappear again.” He broke the hug and quietly walked down the hall.

Will either one be honest with themselves?
