Bicycle Courier

Dear Amy,

I applied as a bicycle courier and I actually got the job. My first real payed job!

The employer doesn't only provide bikes but also professional clothes; poloshirts with the company logo and white bike pants. That's very convenient, as that relieves me from washing the clothes myself. That's also the reason why I don't wear any private clothes beneath.

In order to deliver every order in time, I pedaled really hard, and I'm always soaked in sweat when I arrive. The clients cherish my timeliness, I suppose, as I earn much more tips than my male collegues.

But I don't want to work like this for good. It's much more taxing than I thought.
