Shit, I hadn't meant to do that. That's Ben, my coworker at the hardware store. Another pop-up awards me with an achievement

I closed out of the achievement screen, back to Ben's profile. That "add quest" button wasn't on my profile. Clicking it pulls up a textbox.

"So I have to type in a quest for Ben?" I thinks for a moment before shrugging and typing in a small task. Ben had mentioned planning to go visit his hometown at the end of the week.

Okay, I've gotten enough xp from that to level up. That gets me... one perk point. Time to see what that does. Opening the store page brings up a perk tree of sorts. There's a couple perks I can buy right now, but maybe it'd be better to wait a bit.

Before going to sleep, or rather before setting a YouTube video to play in the background, I check the app.

That gets me another level, so I have two of these perk points to use. That opens a couple new perks to buy, but I'm still deciding what to pick. I think I'll probably buy one in the morning.

The add quest button is back, so I can give Ben another quest. He's a good worker, and fun to be around, but he has a tendency towards tardiness.

So Targets can receive perks as rewards, I can't seem to get any more information about the perk from here so I close out the app and get settled for sleep.

Author's Note: I have some things planned, but I'll take suggestions for ideas. Like here y'all can suggest what perk for Drew to buy and what direction you'd like to see Ben develop in.
