Belinda the Bitch Gets Taught

Belinda was a first class bitch, she took over the role of company manager when she graduated from College because her Daddy owned the company along with a number of others. She knew nothing about the running the business, but she did know that any failings were the fault of those idiots who worked for her. She drove everyone nuts, and since her Daddy owned over half the business's in town, good luck getting another job if the bitch fired you, cause you would never get a good reference. But the worse thing that Belinda was always looking for a way to berate the younger women, the old ladies were safe as Belinda never noticed what they did, right or wrong, but if you were female, young and god help you if you were attractive, you were in her cross hairs. She'd changed the dress code half a dozen times in an effort to get specific women, not backing down until the HR Rep warned her that of the disciplined, one girl for the offense and didn't take action against the other women, namely the older ladies who wore the same kind of shoes, she was. opening the company for a big law suit.

Belinda then embarked on her personal plan to remake the company so she could require specific dress codes for Staff that had Customer Facing Jobs, so that the young women of the outside Sales **** soon found heels required, as well tailored suits, with shorter and shorter skirts to increase sales. Her plan worked all too well and soon her Sales Reps had reputation for dressing little better than strippers, but in addition to show of skin, yards of leg and tons of cleavage, Sales skyrocketed, since the majority of the Customers were men and and were happy with the Companies products and services, the older woman they dealt with on the phone were intelligent and knowledgeable and the Sales Rep while young and HOT knew their products and were soon skilled at avoiding all the pick up lines and dealt with the odd 'accidental' hand on their thigh or ass as well as the eyes that were usually on their cleavage.

The one thing that Belinda hadn't counted on was the fact that the Sales Reps were paid a percentage of Sales they generated and sexy young woman in short skirts, high heels and few buttons undone on a fitted blouse were easily able ti use their knowledge of their Customers business's to make sure they were made aware of special sales that were upcoming to reach a number of sales goals where they could place larger than normal orders and get a fantastic discount.

So in very short order the Sales Reps who Belinda thought to get rid of by making them dressing them like strippers, were suddenly making much larger commissions by helping their Customers take advantage of their employers Production Schedules.
