Sentient/Human (City):

(0-19% low to Average Human) (20-24% High Human) average Humans cannot achieve one hundred percent max human power of 2, but they can as they develope their being to High Human upgrade a couple aspects to that tier. Most humans dont even have one aspect. (1.5 max usually)

-For example. Lets say your masters and combat experts are overall a 1-1.2 (+-.2), while bruce lee and others were closer to a 1.5.

Of The Level/Recipient (State): (25-29%)They can access full 4pwr potential of human body, with proper training, which isnt easy in the slightest.

These are also the beings that can be given powers from Powered.

Powered (Continental):(30%-39%) Powers and physical power from 5-10 become accessible. Additions can take this up to 40 power maximum.

Other breeds and races can have different power system about them.

Can asexually produce once.

God Tier (Planetary/Solar System): (40-49%) 7-12pwr have more energy and thought range then powereds.

Can asexually produce twice. (This is called True Duplication, from this power level onward, they develope unlike clones produced via a power. Cant share bodies or transfer.) These beings bodies are born from the natural environment at ten years of age physcially appearing.

Alter technology with three liquids and materials to yield even greater return.

Prime Gods (Galaxy): (50-59%) 8-15pwr more energy and thought, three liquid combined with normal materials has greater return in specific aspects depending on ratio. This affects technology, like ship speed etc..

Can True Duplicate Twice

No advanced procreation.

Can leave the energy field of the galaxy. And are born from planet core at age ten as well.

Still follow the Powered Power Development System.

These beings can build portals with authorization only for Prime Beings and above.

Star Children (Multi-Galaxy/Star Core): (60-69%) 20-40pwr immortal, all of these beings has a flight timed ability with cooldown, that drains energy. It travels very quickly. (50,000miles per hour)

Their three liquid modification is the highest.

Born at the center of stars.

They cant duplicate, but can live forever and never sleep. They are concept based beings, and utilize them like Free Will, Imagination, Perspective etc. One concept holds many powers of that type.

Sisters Of Nature: (70-79%) (40pwr) Constructs to defend the universe from darkness controlled areas, and also aid in development of various societies. They can us all abilities.

Nature Core: (80-89%) 5,000,000 power builds and maintains existence of all reality, using power granted to her by Nataure. She is a construct.

Nataure: (90-100%) Creator of the Universe.

Nataure is all things, each soul brought forth was once a fragment of her and has developed its own will due to its own desire to exist. Some beings do not wish to exist and remain apart of Nataure a figment of imagination.

However it is possible these beings can be **** by Nataure to exist. This tension can cause them to have a greater awarness or unnacceptance with flawed things when they finally incarnate. These are called Non-Entities.
