Power Scaling

Let's put a few things into perspective.

The Age an Of The Level or Lower is fit to justifyingly have interourse with anyone is at least 18, while for low humans it can be argued to be a little higher.

For a recipient the age is 18, due to their connection with Powered being akin to the individual receiving a fragment duplicate piece of the powereds soul that enables them to use their powers. This creates a strong bond between the two and makes the Recipient by extension a pseudo-powered.

Powered beings as well as True Evil futa can justifyingly have intercourse at age eighteen physically, though their actual souls/mind is so far beyond that of any human even at this age. They are far surpassing a matured adult mentally at this point, with full calculatory reason. In fact they have this much sooner but for biological reasons and practicality is starts at age ten. Keep in mind this not an impressionable human child, this individual is leaps and bounds ahead of a human and even at that point could easily demolish several grown bruce lee, nikola Tesla, socrates, in combat, mental acuity, intelligence, reason etc.

30%-65.620

The 25%-30% is Asura Path.

Tendo and Deva path become powered at around 6.4-10 thought power and it doesn't take them same amount of time to do so as an Asura Power, less, but only slightly less.

Eventually the Tendo become Asura with enough lives and increased thought, they cannot progress any further until their perspective increases to the required levels so that brain activation can take place.

It all depends on what they as the individual are capable of understanding and internalizing fully.
