There were a few places in this episode I thought about having the scene - at the graveyard while Giles digs, pulling him under the bleachers during the football game, after he had rescued Cordelia, so I rolled randomly and the scene of Angel walking out Cordelia came up which was also a great option.

Xander saves Cordy’s life in this episode’s end. One of my ideas for the story at first had been a new set of wishes every time he saves someone’s life. Maybe I’ll do something like that in the future, for this story I wanted to just focus on Buffy.
