Beginner's (Bad) Luck

"Ready to get your ass handed to you on a silver platter, Jeane?!" Sophie Little asked haughtily as she flipped back her long, blonde hair.

"Oh, please!" Jeane said with a laugh as she straightened out her tennis skirt. "I'd whoop you so hard, your great-great-great-great grandchildren would feel it! You don't even know how to play!"

"I've played before!"

"Wii Sports doesn't count!"

"Oh?" Sophie asked with a smug grin as she leaned over the net, "Then why don't you put your money where your mouth is?"

"A wager, huh?" Jeane asked, a sly smile on her own face. "You know I can't back down from a challenge. What are the stakes?"

"For each point the winner scores," Sophie explained, "the loser has to take off one article of clothing. First one naked, loses."

"Yawn." Jeane said, unimpressed.

"Oh, and just how would you set the stakes?!" Sophie asked, raising an eyebrow in annoyance.

"Hmm..." Jeane said as she tapped her chin in thought. After a few seconds, she smiled and turned to Sophie. "How about this: We do your plan of the loser taking off one piece of clothing for every point the winner scores, but the winner gets to keep the loser's clothes while the loser has to walk back to their home butt ass naked. Not drive. Not hitchhike. Walk. "

Sophie thought about it. On the one hand, the thought of having to walk home in her birthday suit was embarrassing, especially when her apartment was twenty-two miles from the tennis court they were playing at right now. On the other hand, the chance of putting her rival through a thirty mile walk of shame, as well as wiping that smug smile off her face, was just too good to pass up.

"You. Are. On!" Sophie said as she and Jeane shook hands, sealing the deal.

The two girls then got into position as Jeane bounced the ball a few times before tossing it in the air, shouting, "Game on!"
