Before first Snow

Shae aided in mashing and mixing the food into puddy for the little babies to devour it in full. Both of them were having the heavy munchies for the food.

Fall was soon ending, with winter on the horizon, they had to prepare as much food as they could for Aki, Kūki and the babies. No new monsters have appeared out in the area which was good news. The shock wave the bison and basilisk fight still lingered the land as no contesting monster dared approach unless strong enough.

"Aki!"

Kūki yelled out to her from the small farm plot. Once she appeared outside, he had a vine basket full of potatoes, carrots, berries and grapes. The farm and nature around them have grown a heavy abundance of food before first snow. He was overjoyed rushing up to her.

He had heavy bladed scars that marked him on his face and chest from his fight. Aki's stomach was growing slowly with life, he was only thankful now that that creature would be on their side. If he had fought a male basilisk, they would have been easy to ward away. It doesn't help that the females are much larger in size and a lot more aggressive.
