Chapter 5 by Gatsha Gatsha

The Figurewatch is fast... any need for chit-chat on this short trip?

Bedevalus shares an interesting story.

As the Figurewatch sped back to its mothership, even as Bedevalus clung to the mechanical hand of the mech he was being carried by, he couldn't resist telling a story. After all, he was so hyped up for his fight. "You know, once, in the past, I had to face an enormous mechanical beast. That thing was more like a monster than a giant robotic man such as yourself..."

Haruka's voice interrupted. "As a reminder, I am not a giant robotic warrior. I am a humanoid android. Also, I am modeled as a female."

"Mm, right. Well, this opponent was hardly humanoid at all. More of a heavily-armored octopus of sorts. In any case, it was all medieval cogworks as opposed to whatever your weapon is made of, but trust me, it was exceptionally thick armor."

"How heroic," the ensign's stoic voice boomed from her machine. "If its armor was so thick, what did you use against it? Don't tell me you fight mecha using only that primitive sword you're carrying."

"Ah, yes, you're interested in the sword! Oh, the many stories behind it would make your knees shake."

Haruka's voice didn't respond for a moment. After a pause, it came again in the same even tone. "You know, there is a saying among humans, I understand, that the bigger a weapon a man carries, the more he is overcompensating for other deficiencies of his. Is that your only large weapon?"

"It's the only one I need," Bedevalus returned with confidence, flourishing it easily with one hand even in high speed travel as he held to the mecha with his other arm. "I know that your... um, weapon's mechanical eye may not be the same as your own, but you can perceive how massive my weapon is, can you not?"

"Mm... Yes. I'm able to mentally picture your huge weapon."

The knight grinned, summoning one of his fond memories of pure combat. "Now, picture my huge weapon plunging deep into my mechanical foe!"

"... Ah." A strange gasp came from the loudspeaker. "Okay... I'm picturing it. I bet you... did some serious damage to your mechanical opponent... with a weapon like that."

"Oh, you couldn't imagine. I left it a smoldering scrapheap, unable to move, after demonstrating my skill in penetration! I struck all the way to its very deepest, softest insides."

"Mm!"

Bedevalus nearly dropped the sword he was bragging about into the vast ocean below as the Figurewatch suddenly jerked erratically through the sky, nearly veering off course from the hangar it was nearing. "H-Ho!" he shouted, hugging the mecha's thumb and clutching his sword. "Is there some problem, Ensign?"

"N-no, it's just... I believe you have made a logic error. Do you think that a weapon like that would even go in? What I'm picturing is... so big..."

"Haha! It's even bigger in person!" the knight continued to boast. "And trust me when I say I'm looking forward to driving it deep at the climax of our duel."

Sitting in her cockpit and experiencing a powerful simulated human emotion, Haruka tried to keep the Figurewatch's flight path steady and come in for a proper landing. She'd been ignoring the beeping light from her captain begging her to open communications in favor of continuing dirty talk with the knight. Her pilot suit was unzipped all the way to the crotch, and some might be surprised to find her mechanical, human-like body was entirely bare underneath it. At the zipper's base, the arm she'd ordinarily use to hold a second joystick for precise maneuvering was instead plunged into her tight suit, her fingers desperately playing with her lower lips and trying to keep up with her imagination of her guest's enormous sexual prowess. "Sir Bedevalus... I am certain you'll find me a worthy conquest. I have the stamina of a machine... but the finesse and creativity of a woman. I don't ordinarily boast, but... most humans can't keep up with my technique!" The machine continued to zip this way and that as though piloted by an amateur rather than an android who'd been specifically configured for compatibility with it.

"Hm..." As they finally came up to the open hangar door and the Figurewatch began to perform sloppy, dangerous docking, skating with sparks along the floor of the hangar, Bedevalus began to get the uneasy feeling that he'd been misinterpreting this conversation. He quickly hopped from the palm of the unit and easily performed a roll across the ground to free himself. The muscular knight rose, picked up his weapon, and raised an eyebrow. "Look, Ensign, I'd really prefer to engage you as a machine rather than a woman. Do you understand my meaning? I want to bring you to your knees with you at your best."

The Figurewatch had come to a stop. By this point, it had become impossible to ignore certain mysterious, wet noises coming from the cockpit: with no need to use either hand to pilot, Haruka was attempting to brace herself up with her newly free hand on the console, while her other hand remained inside the lower body of her suit. She lifted her wide hips to finally get her fingers inside, squinting her eyes with a crooked grin her creator had probably never imagined on her uncannily beautiful and ordinarily subdued android face. "Yeah... That sounds good. I wanna see you try. G-go get permission from Captain Astara. She'll meet you through that door... And when you come back, I'll be a total machine for you, fully capable of giving you exactly what you want, Sir Bedevalus...!~"

"Yes..." Bedevalus walked to the automatic door at the end of the hangar, then stared at it for a moment, looking for a handle before it finally opened on its own after a loud click. "Please, stay here and prepare for our bout. Think of nothing but the battle!"

"Hurry!" Haruka's ragged voice shouted back at him, making no such promise.

How will Bedevalus's meeting with the captain go?
