Becky successfully sneaks past the guards

The two gnolls sniffed the air, looking around wildly, clearly searching for something. There was a hunger in their eyes, a supernatural lust, which terrifiedBecky.

Still, she had a job to do, and Becky had faith in her potions to keep her hidden. The only thing to do was continue forward—if she panicked it was over. Becky took a deep breath and kept moving.

For all the fuss they were making, the Gnolls weren’t very proactive in hunting down their perceived intruder. Both guards scurried back and forth atop their towers, looking around, eyes wild. Their tongue lolled out of their mouths, as they continued their visual search. Fortunately, the alchemical mixture Becky had applied to herself was enough to dissuade them from further searching, and both Gnolls stayed on top of their towers until Becky had moved comfortably past them and on into the cool air of the cave.

The cave system was well light, thanks to a series of torches loosely set upon the walls, frequent enough that the overlap between them covered for the flickering light they each produced. The floor was line with the furs and pelts of various large animals, trophies turned into a makeshift carpet.

As Becky proceeded deeper into the cave, she came across a three way split in the cave system.

To the north, the furs that lined the floor seemed to increase in quality, coming from larger and more ferocious animals.

To the east, the smell of sex intermingled with a strange bestial scent, which Becky assumed must be from the Gnolls. As she waited and listened, she could hear feminine moans as well, mixing together with the animalistic grunts and howls of several Gnolls.

To the west, the torches grew more frequent, but the light seemed to grow dimmer nonetheless. It was as though some strange mist was **** the very light out of the air.
