Becky has a bit more to her than it seems

"This one," Thornton says, with an offhanded gesture at Becky. "It's fortunate, actually. I suspect you would have been harder to sell than the rest. Did you even know when you entered Aranilla that Charlotte Low herself had placed a bounty on your capture? If you did, then you must be very foolish indeed, though I suppose that suits a group of adventurers."

Becky's hand was shaking, though whether it was in fear or anger, Robin had no way of knowing. She took a step toward Thornton, but the man simple turned his gaze to her, meeting her eyes for a moment with a slight smile, before returning it to Becky. Fuu had come to step up next to her know, and with her friend by her side, Becky seemed to have calmed slightly.

"She's not the only one, though. You're wanted by the Empire as well. I never would have guessed that someone and small and feeble looking used to be a pirate, but I suppose life on the road attracts all sorts."

Fuu muttered something quietly to Becky, then finally stepped forward. Robin moved aside to make space for her friend to confront the man, though she still watched him with a glowering stare. "Is there anything else or may we be left in peace?" Fuu said.

"I'll remind you that you were the ones that asked for my presence," Thornton said with a smirk. "A request I rather generously accepted, but I think it's only fair that I take payment in turn. Two of you shall come with me--one for the crew, and one to attend to me... personally. I'll allow you to decide yourselves, though I imagine the crew might be starting to grow impatient by now, so try not to waste too much time, or I shall be **** to decide myself."
