Becky decides to sneak past him

Without her weaponry or poisons, Becky saw little chance of her being able to overpower the guard, which meant that her only choice would be to try and slip past him unnoticed. Even then, she felt a little awkward trying to be sneaky without her coat. The wafting fabric made it much easier to disguise her movements from enemies or onlookers. When she was wearing it, if someone saw her out of the corner of their eye, she would just look like a weird blur. Now, however, she would look like a very naked girl.

Still, stealth did seem to be her best bet, so Becky made her way closer to the guard. He seemed relatively focused, not taking many breaks to peek away, nor did he seem prone to wandering about. Still, he was only mortal, and had no magical enhancement as far as Becky was aware. Even if the situation was far from ideal, it was still doable.

Becky had her plan, she wait until the guard had a lapse in focus, then she would silently dash from her hiding place in the cave to behind one of the trees outside. It all went well, the guard would be none the wiser, and Becky would have a free pass back to her friends. All that was left was to do it.
