Be up front and honest of our plan

“It's to avoid any confusion about our shifts,” I tell Raymond. “Because we are essentially duping them to make more money, even though our male selves are not present when our female selves are. It's fraud basically.”

“You have a point,” Raymond says. “The plan here is not to make more money, though it is tempting.”

“Your parents are rich, Raymond, but you choose to work here. Why is that?” I ask.

“Because it's fun and I enjoy it, really. Plus, your parents need all the help they can get,” Raymond mentions.

“And we can't help them out if we are trying to squeeze every last dollar out of them. And we can't help them if they don't know of our plan,” I add.

In the lull of our shifts, the both of us visit my father who is actually conducting another interview with someone. It's a guy and by his appearance, he looks to be older. When we make our visit, the interview is just about over. We are able to be introduced to the man, who says his name is Steve and he is to take somewhat of a supervisory position, given his experience. My father argues that he cannot be on site every day, due to his health and everything.

After Steve leaves, we promptly tell of our plan and reveal that the two hostesses my father hired were actually us on X-Change. Surprisingly, after the last guy who got hired saying he was on X-Change, my father actually wondered if we would do it, but doubted we were too manly. I argue that our manliness is not compromised and with the pill that we have, we return to our original genders after only four hours. He agrees with the plan, telling us that when a hostess is needed, he'll let us know and we'll immediately take a pill in a back room. He already has our new uniforms, appropriately sized for our female bodies.
