Barkley, 2 Right: The Costumer

If anyone actually lived at Barkley, 2 Right, it was all within rooms out of Danny's view. The street-side rooms were filled with racks of clothes of all sorts, and in one corner, a station designed for clothing construction. There was a sewing machine, two draping mannequins, and a large table for cutting and pattern building.

The man responsible for the facility was perhaps about 40, very dark skinned, with dreadlocks that were often pulled back in a band. Everything he wore was very brightly colored.

As a business, it was actually something Danny might be interested in. He took pictures, his clients needed wardrobe, who knows, there could have been a chance for networking here. However, as an observation opportunity, Danny far preferred what The Costumer provided him.

Many people -- almost exclusively young women -- visited the shop on a regular basis. The Costumer was intensely focused on building the right clothes for the right woman, as he was always focused, direct, and specific about every model and every dress.
