Second Tier: Spiritual Eye - Capable of seeing what can't be seen. Congeals a spiritual eye, capable of sight even if eyes are lost.
Third Tier: Earth Eye - Capable of seeing everything on earth. Records lost, but apparently a form of farsight.
Final Tier: Heavenly Eye - Capable of seeing everything under the heavens. Records lost, but apparently like having an eye up in the sky.

The proficent use of both techniques together would have them rival the power of a mid-grade technique.
Focuses on mobility, movements flowing into one another to move unrestrainedly in the battlefield and dodge incoming attacks.
