Backstage

Eva was exhausted from the day's events, so she was happy to follow Jim as he led her out of the room, leaving Valerie and Hawk to their devices. To her surprise, he turned towards the backstage area instead of the exit, leading her to a small green room. He shut the door behind him as they entered. While Eva had stopped covering herself up, she was still quite aware of her nude state. She looked at him questioningly.

"Eva, I have to ask - how the hell did you manage to stumble upon those two? Their mission was highly classified."

"It was an accident. Lexi and I had invites to the gala. I met Donovan, and I...uh...we ended up in his room. They found me, and we decided to team up. I had no clue they were there." Eva finished, praying he wouldn't pry too much into the parts she had left out. She didn't intend on telling anyone about the mysterious man, nor about how she had ended up naked.

Jim eyed her carefully, but then sighed in relief. "That's good to hear. We have been struggling with leaks. We think the masked man has a mole in the organization, and everyone is on edge as a result."

"No offense taken.", she smiled.

"Before we leave - you might want to grab something to wear.", he said. "The stuff here isn't exactly, um, modest - but it's better than nothing."

Eva nodded. She looked at the rack of clothes in the green room, lined with garish costumes and lingerie rather than any clothing that would be acceptable in a normal setting. Still, she managed to find a sexy construction worker outfit, likely used for a striptease. It consisted of a tiny tube top, skimpy jean shorts and a yellow high-vis jacket. She looked ridiculous, but at least she was no longer naked.

After putting it on, she nodded to Jim and they left. He was a gentleman, driving her to her apartment. She was so tired that by the time she reached her bed, she didn't even bother to take off her outfit. She was already asleep by the time her body hit the bed.
