Morning Ruined by Mai

Ok, so new location, new adventures, that means it's time to ask the Oracle!

Ok, so I feel like I need to roll a Topic to narrow it down a bit.

The next morning as Bell steps out of the Pokémon Center, she looks up at the sky, spreads her arms wide and smiles. "Ah, good morning Lumiose City!" The city better be ready for her, because she was ready for it!

"YOU!" Looking to her left Bell sees the source of the voice, and immediately her mood sours. "I figured you would be here you slut!"

Great, Mai was here. "What do you want Mai?"

"What I want is for you to keep your skank self away from Louis!"

Louis isn't even here with you... Last you saw he was still in Santalune City. But if Mai was here, that means Louis was here, or she at least thought he was here. But he wasn't here with you. "What makes you think he is here?" Did she think he would stay at the Pokémon Center? Dude was loaded!

"He isn't at his apartment, so he must be here with you! Don't try to deny it you whore!" As Mai yelled Bell noticed that they were starting to attract a crowd.

Great, just great. "I don't care what you think, so how about you fuck off." And Bell had such high hopes for this day.

"No! I shall not be denied by some big breasted whore of a commoner!"

"Oh, so you like my tits? I didn't know you swung for both teams."

As Mai's face went red from embarrassment, Bell can't help but smile. "Shut... Shut up you PokeSlut!" Fumbling for her belt, Mia grabs some Pokémon Balls. "Tell me where Louis is or Fight me! 4 v 4 Double Battle!"

You had whipped the floor with her once before. "I don't know where Louis is, but if you insist." You could get some good training in for Rachel at last. "Lets do this!"

Huh, well that is new. Still, "Focus on the Bat! Play Rough & Draining Kiss!" (Play Rough+2; 20, 3! Dede will use a Mastery Token to inflict +2 Wounds. Draining Kiss; 4, 4; Noibat has a Toughness 5; Noibat 1/3 Wounds) While Bell is pleased to see the Dede leap onto the Noibat and just lay into it, she is disappointed to see that Rachel has far less luck.

Mai obviously seems frustrated, but she hasn't lost her cool yet. "Dragon Dance! Attack her Ralts with Acrobatics!" (Noibat; 3, 7; +1 Attack. Oricorio uses Dancer; 1, 12, CRIT +2 Attack! Oricorio Uses Acrobatics+2Boost+1NoHeldItem; boosted dice for Type Specialist; 6, 8; Rachel 2/3).

To Bell's dismay, the Oricorio copies the Dragon Dance of the Noibat. Oh yeah, they can do that. "Finish off the Noibat with Draining Kiss!" (Draining Kiss+2supereffective; 3, 6; Noibat 0/3) "and zap the Oricorio with Discharge!" (Discharge+2supereffective+1magnet; 7, 10; Not a crit since Oricorio has a Toughness of 5; Oricorio 2/3)

With the Noibat down, Mai recalls it and sends out her Hawlucha and tells him to, "Use Feather Dance!" (Feather Dance boosted to d8 from type specialist; 7, 5. Oricori Copies; 3, 8; Both Dede and Rachel take a -1 to Attack) Bell then watches the Oricorio Copy the dance moves of the Hawlucha, both of them sending feathers onto your two Pokémon. Thankfully the Oricorio is paralyzed, so it can't move closer to Bell's Pokémon to use its dangerous Acrobatics move. "Revelation Dance!" (Revelation Dance Fire+2Boost; 4, 14; Spend Master for 2 wounds, Rachel 0/3) But then the damn bird sends a powerful blast of fire towards Rachel.

"RACHEL!" Bell cries out as she watches the fire attack slam into the Ralts.

"Haha! Might as well give up now little girl!"

"Fuck you and your fake blond hair!" Bell recalls Rachel and sends out Frank. "You got this! Take out the Oricorio! Acrobatics and Discharge!" (Acrobatics+1NoItem; 9, 3; Red Oricorio 1/3. Discharge+3-1; 13, 8; Red Oricorio 0/3) Now they were even.

"Humph... Don't think you have won yet you PokeSlut!" Mai recalls the Red Oricorio, and sends out her Yellow Oricorio. "Feather Dance!" (Hawlucha Feather Dance boosted do d8; 3, 19; Frank -2 attack. Yellow Oricorio copies via Dancer; 7, 7; Dede takes another -1 for a total of -2) "I'll beat you yet! Revelation Dance her Bird!" (Revelation Dance Electric+2SuperEffective; 3, 9; Frank 2/3)

Great, just fucking great. "Who you calling a PokeSlut!? I'm not the one obsessed over a man who won't fuck me! Acrobatics and Discharge the Hawlucha!" (Acrobatics+3-2; 3, 4; Hawlucha Toughness 5. Discharge+3-2; 8, 3; Hawlucha 2/3) To Bell's dissapointment, the constant dancing of feathers had lowered Dede's attack enough that her sparks seemed to have no effect on the Hawlucha.

"I'm not the one who fucked him in a dressing room! But what else should I expect from a common PokeSlut. Swords Dance!" (Hawlucha; 1, 1; SNAKE EYES! Oricorio Dancer fails.) For a moment Bell is worried, until she watches both of the Pokémon literally trip over their own feet. "What are you doing?!" (GM ruling, Yellow Oricorio loses its turn for the Snake Eyes)

"HAHA! What the fuck?!" Ok, that was funny. "Both of you, finish off the Hawlucha with Acrobatics!" (Acrobatics+3-2; 10, 8; Use Mastery for CRIT Damage; Hawlucha 0/3) "Good Job! Charm on the Oricorio!" (Charm-1; 3, -1; Worth a shot) Dede tried to Charm the Oricorio, but as it gives the yellow bird a cute look the bird just hops away in a huff.

Something which Mai finds hilarious. "Haha! What was that? What did your RAT just try to do? Never the mind. Revelation dance!" (Revelation Dance+2supereffective;4, 3; Frank has a Toughness of 5)

"Just trying to give you a taste of your own medicine. Ember, Play Rough!" (Ember-2; 6, 15; Yellow Oricorio 2/3) ... (Play Rough-2; 0, 4)

"Please, as if you could ever imitate my elegance, Revelation Dance!" (Revelation Dance+2supereffective; 4, 9; Frank 2/3)

"I'll take that as a complement. If I was as gaudy as you I could get hired at the circus. Ember, Play Rough!" (Ember-2; 0, 2) ... (Play Rough-2; 12, 2; Yellow Oricorio 1/3)

"At least I didn't get my clothes from the Dollar Store! Revelation Dance!" (Revelation Dance+2supereffective; 3, 5; Frank 1/3)

"At least I don't LOOK like a Dollar Whore! Ember, Play Rough!" (Ember-2; 3, 4) ... (Play Rough-2; 7, 0; Yellow Oricorio 0/3)

The two women were so focused on yelling insults at each other that it takes them a moment to realize that the battle is over. A fact that they notice when Dede manages to catch the yellow bird and after tackling it to the ground had decided to sit on it. As the two women realize what occurred a huge smile forms on Bell's face while Mai has an equally large frown.

With a huff Mai recalls her Pokémon while turning her nose up at Bell. "Fine, I don't need the help of a slut like you anyway. I'll find Louis myself." The woman then flings her hair over her shoulder dramatically as she walks away, shaking her hips like she is a super model on the run way.

As Mai walks away Bell calls out one last time "I told you, I don't even know where he is!"

I'll admit, even though this fight dragged on a bit, it was fun to use some actual tactics beyond just rolling higher. Mai abusing Dancer to use status moves was fun. Bell's just lucky she didn't get to use Dancer to double attack. Now THAT would be broken.

But Bell Wins another fight. +1 Pokémon XP, Bell uses 2 Banked XP to increase Rachel's Toughness from 4 to 5. Money, 2d6 [3], and now she has 16 money. She should buy something, she IS in the big city :D.

But Bell might want to look for Louis, or not. There is a lot of fun a single girl could have by herself in a big city :D
