The Night Before a Holiday Weekend

[Start of a new "session", so Golden Girl has 1 Hero Point. I am also going to start trying to use the Mythic GM Engine, which has a "Chaos Value". The default starting Chaos Value is 5, but I am accounting for the previous adventure and starting this with a Chaos Value 6.]

It has been over a week since Jessica Smith first went out as Golden Girl, acquired a costume, had an 'altercation' with some gangsters, and met a fellow rookie superhero. A handsome young man with speedster powers who saved her from being captured by gangsters. After which they had some brief but very passionate sex.

Jessica hasn't worked up the courage to on another outing, even with Golden Girl constantly tempting her to "Get back out there." Granted, GG's reasons vary from, "Wanting to be a superhero" to "Wanting to get laid!" It didn't help that GG seemed smitten with the speedster. Suggesting that they "Become superhero friends with benefits." An idea that put nervous butterflies in Jessica's stomach. Yes, Henry and her were having a bit of a rough patch. But that did not mean that she was comfortable with GG using their shared body to sleep with other people.

So yeah, Jessica wasn't planning to indulge in that fantasy. Not at the moment anyway. Not when she had plans of her own. Plans which involved dropping the kids off with their friends for the weekend, putting on some of the sexy cloths GG had grabbed the last time they had been out, then seducing her Husband and spending the long weekend alone with him.

Jessica realizes that they had both been busy. Her with teaching and Henry at his law firm they were tired. So, it would be nice to have a few days off just to themselves. Now Jessica just had to decide what to wear. Which is why she was currently standing in the bathroom, trying on various outfits. A topic GG had plenty to say about.

"No, you don't want to simply have him walk in and see you completely naked."

"Isn't that the point of the lingerie?"

"The lingerie is simply the start. You want to have on little enough so that you are enticing, but enough so that he still has to physically undress you."

GG was one to talk, she didn't even like wearing underwear. Still, she was trying to help. "Ok, so what do you suggest?"

"Grab some stockings, OH and that skirt that is too short. I also know you have some heels you haven't worn in years..."

One hour later and multiple outfit changes later, Jessica was standing in front of a mirror striking a pose. She had to admit, she looked good. A sentiment GG seemed to agree with.

"Damn girl, you look good enough to eat."

Jessica could hardly remember the last time she had dressed up like this. She only hoped that Henry agreed with the sentiment. Thinking of Henry, she still had some preparations to get ready before he got home. She had to get dinner started, make sure the wine was chilled, get the music ready.

But it would all be worth it in the end.
