"We need to go to what's left of that house."

You've known Celeste for less than a week but you can still notice a shift in her demeanor. Her usual cheery voice and bouncy body language are gone, replaced with complete seriousness. Adam narrows his eyes at her words.

"You said there wasn't anything there after we found her." He jerks a thumb at Allegra, who shoots him an incredibly dirty look in response.

"I...lied. Allegra wasn't what drew me there, that was just a coincidence. In my dreams I saw something, something that could defeat the darkness I saw rising. But whatever it is it's dangerous! I was afraid we were trading one threat for another." Adam rolls his eyes as he pushes past the two of you and disappears into the house. You look to Celeste, her face wrought with guilt.

"If I had known all of this would happen..." You hug her, an act that surprises even yourself.

"Don't worry about him, you only did what you thought was best." She cries slightly at your words but stops when Allegra places a hand on both of you.

"I wouldn't be standing here if it wasn't for you. If you say there's something back at the house I believe you."

"Thank you...bot of you." Celeste beams a smile at the two of you as you all uncouple yourselves.

"So...do we go now?" You ask and Celeste wrinkles her face.

"I think it would be safer to wait until the day, maybe even until Jack and Isabelle are better."

"Fuck that, Adam is just going to turn this into another mess if we let him. Let's go now and get back as soon as possible." Allegra looks agitated as she speaks and you can't help but notice Celeste's eyes focused on her bracelet.
