Back story - Lore

Allisa Adstina. A woman, a mage and importantly given the sharp pointed ears on her head, an elf. Her long cascading blonde hair, sapphire blue eyes and beautiful delicate features, enhance by her smooth pale skin and moderate bosom. To the envy of women and lustful thoughts of men, Allisa for much of her life has been sought out by many suitors; humans, dwarves, animal people and even other elves that live on this war scarred world. Partly due to her beauty; even considered extraordinary beautiful by others of her fair kind. But also due to her the significance of her last name, while last names are not uncommon among most races, elves historically never used last names.

Partly due to their population, never being too numerous such that last name were never needed to differentiate between elves. But mostly in times long since gone, every elf used to be blessed at birth with a unique name by the spirits of the world. No, many of Allisa's would be suitors seek her for her last name, Adstina. A royal name, the last royal name. In millennium long past, there existed dozens of elven kingdoms, once spanning the world, ruled by elven kings and queens. That have since, long been destroyed by the war against the Demon lord.

These elven rulers for whatever reason be it; displays of valor, great wisdom or just and righteous hearts, were granted many boons by the spirits of the world but the most valuable by far was the divine right to rule over other elves and those of elven descent. This right to rule of course extended down to their direct descendants, the inheritors and successors of their ancestors. These elven realms were named after these elven royal houses, Allisa's home land was once known as the elven kingdom of Adstina.

But there are no more elven kingdoms, the last one Adstina fell a hundred years before Allisa's birth, during the reign of her grandfather, Aired Adstina 'The Last'. But despite the Demon Lord's efforts, the lineage continued even after the Demon Lord's army ravaged and destroyed her ancestral home. Her mother fleeing with her guards as a young elfling as her family were slaughtered by the Demon Lord's ****. Adstina burned as it's men slaughter and it's women **** and turned into broodmares. As the last elven sanctuary crumbled, the elven people were scattered like dust in the wind, to survive at the mercy of the kingdoms and realms of the other races.

Allisa's mother; Alenia Adstina 'Queen of Ashes'. For decades attempted to bargain with the other kingdoms and realms for land for her elven subjects. A new home. But was either denied or met with offers that demanded too much of the elves, causing the remnants to drift from realm to realm. Without a home, and with danger at every step. Not just from the Demon Lord and his monsters, but from the other races seeking to poach the beauty of elven women and labour of the elven men for themselves. With a dwindling population, the elves as a species are on their final legs. However within the few decades, a glimmer of hope has appeared for the elves. The birth of a new royal elf, that being elven princess Allisa Adstina. The identity of her father remain largely unknown, however her blood rings true as a pure blooded elf.

Allisa birth set in motion, the event known as the spirit incident. As the last hope of the elven race. Allisa was raised sheltered and protected by all elves, from those with mal-intent towards her, until she grew powerful to stand on her own two feet. Learning all the magics and skills of the elven race, a prodigy unlike any other. But also inheriting her kind's arrogance and superiority over order races.

But as the Demon Lord's war intensified, within the last two decades numerous outskirt realms having fallen to the Demon Lord's army increasing attacks. Slowly knocking at the door steps of the central kingdoms of mankind, approaching the walled city. A truly enormous city totalling 5 millions souls inhibiting it's walls. In addition with the nearing birth of a new monster race, there was great fear among the mortal race that this new monster race would be the most dangerous monster yet.

Humanity would form a collision of different realms and kingdoms, led by the hero Roland. Who would one day approach Allisa to join him, though **** to work alongside non elves would join him and his party of heroes to finally put an end to Demon Lord once and for all.
