Back home to a small incident

Ethan and Freya finished their date and returned home, Ethan could spend more time in Teyvat whenever he wanted, for now he was just to sleep in his bed.

Although when they got back, Ethan got a headache.

Rumi had goaded Ei into a fight and the gap was larger than she thought.

"Rumi why?" Ethan sighed as he and Freya were in the infirmary, Rumi had 3 broken bones and a fractured hip.

"Well she's a god and can fight! I wanted to see how good she was." Rumi smirked, no hint of shame in her eyes.

"... What's the damage?" Ethan asked Sakura.

"Even with my healing technique it'll take 2 weeks for her to heal completely and not have any issues." Sakura sighed, Aoi came in with some food for Rumi.

"I'm sorry, I don't know much about healing broken bones." Freya apologized with a grimace.

"Don't worry, I bought some characters who can help heal, they're from Aoi's world." Ethan told her, Aoi perked up.

"Who?" Aoi asked Ethan, now interested in who he bought.

"Lady Tamayo, you remember her?" Ethan looked at his maid.

"Oh yes, she's a great medic." Aoi remembered when watching the anime.

Sakura blinked. "She'll certainly be a big help... who else did you buy?" Sakura looked at Ethan.

"Shinobu, Kanao, Mitsuri and Nezuko." Ethan listed off.

Aoi froze. "Lady Shinobu!?"

"Yeah, is something wrong?" Ethan raised an eyebrow.

"She'll kill you!" Aoi panicked.

"... Do you really doubt me?" Ethan asked her.

Aoi paused and blushed, she finally remembered who she was talking to.

"If she's difficult with you, I'll help." Ethan cupped Aoi's cheek and kisses her forehead.

Aoi blushed harder and nodded. "Okay master."

"I Need to drop something off... wait where's Ei?" Ethan asked, noticing the goddess wasn't here.

"She went with Bulma and Bonnie because they're interested in how Ei made the puppet." Sakura explained.

Ah that explained it.

Ethan and Freya left the infirmary and Freya looked at Ethan. "So when will enough be enough?" She asked.

Ethan knew exactly what she was talking about. "No idea, I'm greedy." Ethan shrugged and smiled at her. "Jealous?"

Freya sighed and shook her head. "No just curious." Ethan dropped off some of the wine and ingredients he got while in Mondstadt.

"Well, maybe it'll be enough when I fill the whole house." Ethan chuckled. "But I still love all my girls, I have clones to give them all attention."

Freya put a hand on her hip. "And you spend your time with me?"

"I really wanted to please you." Ethan winked.

Freya smiled and leaned in, kissing him softly, Ethan returned the kiss, Freya pulled away. "Fine, you're welcome to my room whenever we're both free." She whispered and walked out.

Ethan grinned at that. A successful date!
