Back at their room

Aragorn and Einis made it into the relative safety of the inn of the prancing pony and made their way back up to their room. "I can't help but not share your confidence in Saruman's lack of involvement in the matter of the Dunlendings." Aragorn said after a long quiet walk from the sight of the massacre.

"You can think of what you want, Aragaorn, he has given me no reason to doubt his loyalty." Einis said. "Now, what are our plans for these hobbits?"

"Don't kill me here, but I was thinking, why not give them something they can't refuse?" Aragorn prodded.

"That sounds like a smart idea, but why would I kill you for that?" Einis laughed.

"Well, the thing they can't refuse will be you." Aragorn said sheepishly.

"Oh really." She said harshly playing with the handle of her dagger.

"Here me out! If you fuck the hobbit carrying the ring, you can easily snag it from him before leaving the room right?" Aragorn said hopefully.

"Hmm, I hate to admit it, but you may be onto something. Besides, I've never had a hobbit before." She teased him.

"Yeah, ok, not going to think about that."

"You jealous?"

"Why would I be, we're not a couple, just a couple of friends on a journey." Aragorn said.

"Friends, perhaps, but with definite benefits." Einis laughed.

"After we get the ring?" She asked.

"Fastest route to Minas Tirith, I suppose. We make for the Gap of Rohan, and travel a few more days to Gondor." Aragorn said.

"That will take us past Isengard." Einis said excitedly. "It always amazes me seing the tower of Orthanc and the beautiful trees of Isengard. I could walk among them for a lifetime and never get bored, it's as if they are alive and all have voices of their own." She said dreamily.

"I'm trusting your judgement on Saruman, if it were up to me, I'd make for a different path that took me far from Isengard." Aragorn grunted removing his armour.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine." Einis smiled at him as she pushed him onto the chair by the window and straddled his hips. She placed her arms around his neck and kissed him gently on the lips looking into his eyes.

"Don't you want to move from the window?" Aragorn teased. Einis laughed and squeezed his nose with two of her fingers. "Hey!" He said trying to do the same with her, both of them laughing while rolling on the floor. Their harmless fun started to become much more, when they eventually began touching each other all over, and who knew where it would have gone from there when they heard a knock on the window._ _Wait, the window? Aragorn looked up to see another bird outside his window. He looked between the heavily panting beautiful Elf on the ground and the letter attached to the bird's neck
