Back at the Apartment

"I knew something like this was going to happen! If the gun doesn't work then you need to get out of here before Gigi shows up!" Brandan exclaimed. They had been fiddling with the gun for the past hour and nothing was working. The gun remained lifeless.

"No. no. no it has to work." Amy said frantically pointing it at herself and pulling the trigger.

"Amy stop even if it works we won't be able to reset reality until it charges again, and who knows how long that'll be."

"Which is exactly why we need it to work now so it happens faster. Besides if I get my powers back I can just hypnotize her to leave you alone for a few days until we can fix everything."

"Amy give it up we don't even know how the thing works. Now we need to get you out of here before she shows up otherwise who knows what'll happen."

"You just want me gone so you can bang your hot new girlfriend!" Amy screamed back.

"That's what you're scared of!?!? Amy I broke up with her!"

"And now you're shooing me away before her sexy little ass shows up again. Doesn't seem very broken up to me!"

"Like it's my fault the new reality you threw us in has us still together!" Brendan shot back before taking a deep breath. "Look Amy I wish more than anything that this had all worked out differently but we gotta deal with where we are now ok?" he said as he gave her a hug. "The time we've had together has been the best of my life. I promise I'm not gonna replace you with someone else no matter what this gun does to us."

"I believe you Brendan. I'm.. I'm just. I'm sorry this is all my fault." She whispered fighting back tears.

"No it's not." He said holding her tight. "Well I mean it is mostly your fault."

"Shut up stupid." Amy giggled. "You're right tho. I need to get out of here before your sexy new girlfriend catches us."

"Girlfriend catches us doing what exactly?" A voice said from the doorway as Gigi walked in.
