Baby Snakes

"He doesn't even have his first spot yet though... must you train him already?"

Aki murmured softly as she watched both children get more acquainted.

"Keep an eye on them Ibris I have a lot of work to finish today."

Which basically meant don't let the children disturb her for a few hours. The baby snakes all coiled up onto Ibris as well, hanging off of her shoulders since she gave them more love than their dad did. The sight before her made Aki concerned. So instead of working on the storage house blueprints some more, she instead entered Naja's room and crawled into his bed to wake him up. She tried to give each of her mates as much of her time as she could, but she could tell that he was struggling with his new way of life.

"Tell me....."

She whispered, laying in his arms and cozying up to him.

"....why is keeping our babies so bad? I love them so much... don't you?"

She asked softly.
