Aya!

"This match will be between Aya, a friend and associate of our Guild, and Verona, another friend and associate of our Guild." Asami says while pointing to the two. I'm shocked to hear Ayashi's fighting. The two enter the arena quickly. Ayashi's still using a gold hair clip to change her hair color to black. But she's wearing a set of leather and metal armor. I can sense a ton of mana within each piece, making me wonder if it's made entirely of Mythical materials. She's bare-handed and smiling. Verona's wearing the same white robe she wore when we meet. She has her sword sheathed on her hip. Her star eye is glowing brightly, almost like a torch. She covers it with her hand before taking a deep breath.

"Sorry, I'm just really excited." Verona says before lowering her hand. Her star eye is back to normal. Asami smiles and nods before starting the match. The moment she does the two rush each other. Before Ayashi can return to the stands, they've already attacked. Ayashi wraps her arms in the same ghostly red energy from our match. She punches Verona's sword blade but doesn't get cut. She said that was a combination of Blood magic and Disturbance magic right? I wonder why she's using that on Verona. I think as the two back off. Verona sends spears of wind at Ayashi. Ayashi punches them, causing them to disappear. She pulls her hand back and creates a spear from the same ghostly energy her arms are covered in. She throws it at Verona, who creates a wall of raging wind. Before the spear hits the wall Verona flinches and jumps up. Ayashis spear breaks through the wall with ease. It crashes into the arena's wall, shaking the stands above it.

"Careful!" Asami says into the microphone.

"Sorry!" Ayashi shouts back to her. She turns back to see Verona lunging for her. Ayashi moves quickly, dodging Verona's blade by a hair. She punches Verona's waist while knocking her away. Verona kicks off the air immediately, stabbing her blade into Ayashis shoulder. Ayashi looks at her surprised. I don't think she knew Verona could kick off the air. Ayashi lifts her hands up and creates two giant ghostly hands. They clamp down on Verona, trapping her in their palms. Ayashi starts squeezing as Verona struggles to escape. She's blocking her spells like she did with me. Is that why she chose to use this magic? So she could block Verona's magic? I think as Verona sighs.

"I give!" Verona shouts out. Ayashi lets her go and lowers her to the floor.

"Congratulations Aya! Will you be continuing to the next round?" Asami asks causing Ayashi to nod.

"Yeah, and this time Eric, I won't be losing!" Ayashi shouts while pointing at me. She and Verona leave the arena as Asami walks over to the center.

"Now that the first rounds of the tournament are over, there are four people moving on! Now, will Eric and Innu come back down here!" Asami says into the mic. Innu and I get up and jump down into the arena. We get into place and get ready. I draw my weapons while taking my Boots, Claws, and Horns out. Innu readies her sword and Asami starts the match. As soon as she does, I cast Lightning Step. I appear in front of Innu and raise my Katana with my right arm. I bring it down on her as she steps to her left to dodge. She swings her blade at my side. I point my Dagger at her, under my arm, and cast Hydra. I make the first head bite down on her sword. It lifts her up since she doesn't let go. I make it toss her into a wall.

She quickly gets back on her feet before running toward me. I cast Ancient Beast Roar while using the heads to attack her. The first goes to bite her again. She jumps over it while cutting it from above.

The Hydra heads collapse and start to fade away. I realize she must've killed it since they don't have much health. Innu's never seen this so she gets ready to block and dodge. She quickly realizes that it's not an attack, but by that point, I've finished charging my Roar. I launch it at her as she raises her blade. She activates its ability, causing it to grow before swinging it down. It cuts through my roar, causing it to explode. It's too far from her to harm her. I cast Lightning Step again and appear in front of her. She jumps back as I attack. I miss and she raises her sword. She swings it down on me. I block with my Katana before punching her in her gut. I hold my Dagger while punching her, but make sure the blade doesn't touch her.

Innu coughs before falling to her knees. Between the punch and using Gigantomakia's ability, she's out of energy. I place my Katana on her shoulder causing Asami to land next to us.

"Eric wins! I assume you're continuing, right?" Asami asks me.

"Yeah, I am." I say before helping Innu up.

"Thank you." Innu says before we leave and go back to the stands. We don't fly up to them since Innu's too tired. I could've carried her while I flew up, but I don't want everyone to see that. As we get to our seats, the match between Ayashi and Kallen starts.
