Awesome!

You stand ready, grabbing a Pokeball from your belt and readying for Battle, you intend to start this off with Starly, Likely, they all have one of their own, and Turtwig would be a bad match up for them. The man wearing shorts steps up first.

"Go Starly!" You knew it! You respond with your own.

"Go Starly!" And both Pokémon exit their ball. "Starly use Quick Attack and follow up with Wing Attack!" It quickly becomes apparent that your Starly is far stronger as he can't even get out an order before the Wing Attack from your Starly knocks his into the ground, landing a critical hit and knocking it out. Having lost the man in Shorts steps back and returns his Pokémon.

Next up the man in the Blue Jacket follows suit. He sends out a Starly of his own and shouts.

"Starly, Quick Attack!" His Pokémon slams into yours before you follow up.

"Starly, Quick Attack, then Wing Attack again!" Once more the one two combo is enough to knock out your opponent.

Lastly the man in everyday clothes approaches.

"Go Shinx!" The little electric type enters the battlefield, thinking quickly you recall Starly.

"Starly Return!" Then grabbing your other Pokeball you send out Turtwig.

"Turtwig! Take him out!" Turtwig bursts onto the field with a happy. "Twiig!" Lookin angrily at his opponent.

"Shinx Spark!"

"Turtwig, Tackle!" The electric type move does nearly no damage to your Turtwig, but the tackle does enormous damage to his Shinx. "Turtwig, Tackle again!" A second Tackle finishes the Shinx. Not liking his odds the man in Everyday clothes grabs his last Pokémon.

"Get 'em Cricketune!" The Bug type appears on the field before you and once more you swap Pokémon.

"Turtwig, Return! Finish him Starly!" And with a single Wing Attack Starly does finish him. Before they leave the three men give you another 400PD and are on their way. You smile watching as the crowd that was gathering around you disperses with your victory, once more having seen you defeat those trainers so brutally it looks like no one is left who has the will to challenge you. You continue down the path heading further into Route 202, and closer to Jubilife City!
