Bandits of Meadowfort is finished! Woo! A little slower than I hoped for but I am happy to have seen it through.

I have left some ideas in Bandits that I will use in the future. What is the spire? Who is the K funding the bandits? I hope to include these elements in future stories.

I started Shadowsplinter Grove, the next Adventurers story in December and couldn't help but post the first chapter of it here. I'm going to take a break from Adventurers and then press on with writing it. During that break I want to write something different so please keep an eye out for that!

I hope you have enjoyed reading my work so far and I hope you will continue to do so. Thanks as always and please leave feedback. I would love to hear what people think!

Hello everyone! This is Deregas.

I'm currently at what I consider to be the half way point for the Bandits of Meadowfort story. Since my initial plan there have been a number of additions to the story but I don't see the main path ballooning to far beyond 30ish chapters.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, both positive or negative. I'm trying to finish writing something rather than fretting over every sentence and going back and rewriting everything over and over again, but if there are glaring issues please let me know!

My own feeling is that I haven't spent enough time with the main characters of the story, the Meadowfort Starlings. The chapters so far have been very bandit heavy. Hopefully that will change with the following chapters.

I haven't decided what I am going to do with alternative paths as I'm focused on finishing the main story but I am open to hearing other's ideas on the matter.

After Bandits of Meadowfort my plan is to start another story set during the Season of Sparrows with another group of adventurers, probably more experienced than the Starlings, and probably with more of the Machine's magic and weirdness.
