Aurélie accepts to pay more

Aurélie was pouting. When she had offered to "pay" to get a ****, she had always had the proud, "****" girl in mind, not that masochistic slut. Somehow she felt closer to the former than to the latter. Getting for two hours was good but she needed several days to really get her trust and confidences. So, when the Doctor suggested she could get her with additional payment, she was tempted. After all, having her other nipple pierced would not make much of a difference. It would actually be better, more symmetric.

Her decision made, she smiled to the doctor and removed her shirt and laid it on the back of a chair.
