At the top of the Circle

After half a moment's consideration, Seth decided to start at the top of the star.

"Alright then," he spoke to himself, "Lets see. Tip of the star marks the mid point of the room, and a hidden door'll be either small to make it easy to build, or large enough to be grandiose and impressive to fit the ego of the builder. Anybody would would build something as complex as that circle would probably want something shiny. So its probably impressive. I'm guessing maybe two yards wide and if there's a button it'll probably be on the right because most people are right handed."

He moves his hand about a Meter to the right, around lower chest level. "Seems to be a comfortable height. So my guess this is the right side, and probably right height. I just have to find the right stone."

Squinting in the dim light he saw that one of the there was a mixture of smaller and larger stones paved into the wall. Looking at one of the smaller ones just right of his hand he smiled and gave it a push. He could but smirk as it slid inwards, locking into place.

With a loud grinding sound, the wall in front of him retracted in, then split in two, one half going to each side.

"Am I go or what?" he said, feeling quite smug, before moving aside so some of the dim light from one room could enter the other.

What he saw was not his way out, but a hidden chamber, and in that chamber was, well, gold. Lots of gold. Lots and Lots of gold. More than that even.

There were chests of gold. Sacks of gold. Piles of gold. And the gems. Don't forget the small, glittering mountains of gems intermixed with the piles of gold! Coins! Ingots! Cut stones! Uncut! It was more money than he'd probably have seen in three lifetimes, laying in a vast heap before him.

"Wow," he thought aloud, "I could buy Games Workshop with this." After a moment, he added, "And probably have enough left over to pick up Wizards of the Coast!"
