At the Wedding Pt 12

Neo waved at them and, after tsking a moment to recognize her, Walt and Neo waved back smiling. It was the Neo from the ice cream place. She was dressed, or more likely using her semblance to appear so, in a tuxedo version of her usual outfit. Both Walt and Neo gave her thumbs up.

Neo smiled and silently thanked them. She indicated that she liked their own outfits as well quite a lot! She looked at Neo, then Walt and pointed her thumb at the dance floor while giving a bow.

Walt looked at Neo and she looked at him. "That's fine by me. It's up to you Neo. Manami is busy showing Dee what y'all have recorded so far. Go play for a bit if you want."

Neo grinned and kissed his cheek as she stood up in her dress and courtsied to Neo. The two Neo's proceeded to the dance floor.

"That was nice of you," Sasha said taking a seat setting down two plates then hesitantly offering him the smaller one.

Walt smiled and shook his head. "No you go on," he told her to her delight though he did pluck a noodle from the corner of her face and eat it making her Blush. "Half of the girls keep getting me stuff to eat and drink unasked for so I'm getting plenty. How about you? How was the eating contest?"

Sasha laughs embaressed. "Actually I didn't even realize it was a contest at first... but yeah it's really been great! Charles has been telling me funny stories about you all too!"

Walt rolled his eye's. "Just so you know, Chuck has a tendency to embellish just a bit."

Sasha laughed. "Yeah and he was upfront about it. He's pretty funny. And he told me how much you under or down play things!"

Walt shrugged and nodded. "Guilty, I suppose. I don't like being a "big deal". Not my style."

"May I be of service, Master Walter?"

Walt sees Roberta bowing to him and smiles. "Yes, Thank you Roberta." He takes her hand and she blushes protesting as he dragged her out on the dance floor.

"It's nice isn't it?" Sasha asked.

"It is," Sayoko said recording Roberta stumbling until Walt tells her something. Roberta hesitantly nods and removes her shoes to stand on his feet and they dance like that. "Master Walter is a good man and has a good friends. He's happy to share in the happiness of others and add to it."

Sasha smiled and nodded. "He really is... he works hard for that happiness for people too... I almost wish..."

Sayoko looked interestedly at Sasha. "That things were 'different' fir you?"

Sasha smiled then shrugged. "Maybe... I don't know. I do wonder sometimes though..." she looked at Sayoko. "You too?"

Sayoko nodded and smiled softly. "Roberta also. We... we love being a part of this family. And while our obedience to Walter is unquestionable... he has earned our trust, devotion and affection. As you say worked hard for it and to make us happy."

Sasha smiled as they're joined by Senko, Haruna and Haruhime. "Because he loves us," Senko said her tail wagging happily. "All of us like a good, kind young man." She looks at Sayoko. "Sayoko you should be 'next', dear."

Sayoko smiles and shakes her head. "How about after you, Haruna and Haruhime... then I'll take a turn."

Haruna blinks and Haruhime blushed. They turned to watch just like the rest. They watch Roberta blush happily as he kisses her hand at the conclusion of their dance... then practically snatches a returning Manami and throws her blushing into Walt arms before hurrying back their way.

"You really think so?" Anastasia asked where she and the "bad girls" were sitting. They were watching too... intently. "About him?"

Senko nodded. "I do. Don't you? Tell me... has he been kind to you when it was completely unwarranted? Treated you like a friend when there was no reason or benefit to his doing so? Shown you compassion and respect and concern for you?" She sees each of them blush quietly as they think of quite a few times like that. "Yes," Senko said smiling. "I can see he has... and of course he would because he loves and cares for you too... and he's not alone... we're all following his example one way or another."

Roberta comes back and bows to Sayoko. "I apologize Sayoko. I realize that you should have gone next but I-I panicked and-"

Sayoko smiled at Roberta. "It's fine my friend. I have opted to go after these ladies... help me record for Neo and especially Manami? She's ecstatic out there... this is a precious moment for her... like yours was for the both of you."

Roberta blushed knowing Sayoko had recorded it fir her... but nodded smiling. "Thank you. Yes, I shall happily assist!"

Mystique got up in a huff. "Well I ha-... h-have no idea what kind of foolishness you are going on about! *Ahem* I'll be going to the Pet Pavillion!" She declared.

Pirotess shook her head. "She does know that's the opposite durection, right?"

Sienna laughed. "Oh She's going the right way... see? Now she can shake her ass walking past Walt... he barely noticed though. Those two are in their own little world at the moment. Oh!"

The Neo's joined Walt and Manami and cut in, then switch with each other... then put Walt and Manami back together smiling. Manami was impressed she could barely keep up if it weren't for Walt and the Neo's skill... but she was happy! Happy to share a bit of her moment with her friend.

The Neo's blinked as they felt two hands on their arms. They saw Manami and Walt smiling and smiled and nodded. They would happily stay and continue.

Willow clapped. "Oh well done!"

Glynda adjusted her glasses and smiled. "Yes... very pretty!"

Willow smiled at her. "You should join the forming line, Glynda..."

Glynda smiled nodding- them quickly shook her head. "Why would I do that?!"

Willow sighed. "Because you have been staring at him and the dance floor all night!" She ignored Glynda's sputtering. "But there are almost forty of us... Walter is wonderful and clearly more than willing to spend time with all of us as we are of sharing him... but you can't just wait for him." She decided to spell it out clearly for the Huntress. "If you want something you need to take the initiative for yourself before it's gone."

Glynda cleared her throat and took a stiff drink. "And what makes you think I want him?!"

Willow smiled. "To be honest, I wasn't certain... until your reaction just now." She watches Glynda's face go extremely red and patted her hand. "But you aren't certain and that's what is important... but you definitely do want to dance at least once, yes?"

Glynda nodded not saying anything.

Willow smiled. "Alright then. The rest is up to you..."

Tsuyu looked. "Oh is this the line for the next Dance? Ribbit."

"It is!" Penny happily announced and put Tsuyu in the line.

"Oh no," Tsuyu said waving her hands. "I-I wasn't- I j-just wanted to r-ribbit with W-Walt a moment an-"

Penny smiled. "I am sure he'll be happy to talk and dance with you Tsuyu! He has been looking forward to it!"

"Well alright I guess I can ask him about the event on the dance floor," Tsuyu said blushing... then her eyes got wide. "Oh croak! Penny have tou danced with Walt yet?!"

Penny shook her head. "I am trying to make sure everyone else gets their turns first- ulp!"

Everyone quickly grabs Penny and moves her to the very front of the line and pushes her out onto the dance floor pointing. "But it is not my turn yet?"

"It is now!" They all say as one.

"Penny should have had the first dance!" Willow said. "What a terrible blunder!"

Ahnassi nodded patting her shoulder. "Ahnassi agrees and thinks everyone does that sweet Penny should have first, last and as many dances in-between as she desired."

Lifts-Her-Tail nods clenching her fist. "It's inconceivable that someone else had the first dance with Master! I'm so jealous but also upset! It should have gone to Penny or no one!"

"So who did get the first dance with Walt, then?" Sienna asked.

"Let's see," Raven said. "We got here, met Rog and Hoofer..."

"Yeah and then the Blake thing happened!" Ilulu said, "And then Walt was already on the dance floor with-"

"Moh mhey guys!" Nora said chewing on a turkey leg stuffed in her mouth as she set down the entire rest of the bird. "Dee said we better eat some of these things before they start to disappear so I grabbed us a few things... and... Why's everybody staring at me like that?" She sighed. "Ok fine..." she pulled out an entire platter of sweets too. "I was gonna share, honest... guys?"

Pyrrha sighed. "Oh Nora..."
