What's next?
At Anthony’s Three Days Later
[Enter: Anthony, Sorena]
Sorena:
What have you decided Anthony?
Am I to forever leave, or will you let me stay?
Anthony:
I cannot have you here
Not while the clouds are still so near
We can't pick up where we left off
Marriage must be more than boff*
There must be true love both ways
If we are to again share our nights, and days
I know a woman's love can build up during shared moments over time
And that too few of our experiences rhyme
So let us start over from dating once more
This way we can explore
Whether our stars truly align
Or if we are destined for separate paths during our remaining time
Upon this earth
Sorena: You are very hard on me
Do you not see?
To demand we begin again with dates
After so many years of shared marriage, and fate
Is cruel indeed after all we have been through
I was your wife
We shared many days, and nights
Must you be so harsh
When we have already been so long apart?
Anthony: You were my wife, and you lied to me for years
About that which I held most dear
A love more beautiful than the awakening of spring
A love warmer than gentle sunshine, yet infinitely more brilliant
Than anything which the material world could bring
I thought together we were a volcano that could erupt into the most beautiful vision the world has ever seen
And on our wedding day you said you agreed
When all the while you saw with your eyes not much more than greed!
And now you call me cruel, with no consideration for your mistakes!
While I show you some consideration despite this stake
You’ve driven through my heart
Sorena: I know that I erred
But are you really being fair?
To give up on us despite
The fact
That I was trying to make things right!
Anthony: I haven’t given up on us
But there is much to discuss
You say you wanted to make it right
I have told you the answer to our plight
You do not currently love me
But in future you might if we see
What follows down the path of dating
It could lead to both divorce, and marriage- most elating
Sorena: But Anthony, how will I live?
When we wed, all my gold, to you did I give
Will you throw me out with no gold?
Not even a little so I can find some permanent shelter, from the cold?
Anthony [hands Sorena a pouch of gold coins]:
I will give you enough gold till the end of the year
After that, unless we re-marry, your own course you must steer
Of course, you could simply claim alimony
But then, we'd renew neither relationship, nor matrimony
Sorena: I will not claim alimony immediately
Hopefully it never becomes a necessity
We'll start over from dating, as you say
And see if the stars light our way
Thank you Anthony for helping me relieve this tote^
It will help me stay afloat
[Exit all]

*In this context boff means an act of sexual intercourse without emotional love from all participating parties.
^Tote refers to a heavy burden

Object-Orented-Living
A World Where People are Treated as Objects
This story has the premise that everything, and everyone is an object, and that we should all treat each other like objects. Men are treated as success objects (as Dr. Warren Farrell has said). Women are treated as sex objects (as the feminists have said), and children are treated as hope objects.
