Asmodeus Syndrome

Asmodeus Syndrome, also known as Clinical Compulsive Hypersexuality, is a psychiatric paraphilia that compels those who suffer from it to develop an uncontrollable compulsion to perform sexual acts. Certain triggers would cause those who have it to seek out and compulsively mate with the object of their affections or, in lough of that, masturbate uncontrollably. The intensity varied from person to person and typically came in waves. Sometimes they would just be incredibly horny, other times they would lose all sense of reason and strip down in public.

What was once a condition so obscure that it went unnoticed for years quickly saw a boom in the number of cases. In under three generations, over half of the human population suffered from it.

There exists medication that helps suppress the problem, but health insurance doesn't cover it and with Asmodeus Syndrome becoming more and more commonplace, supply couldn't cover the demand even if they could afford it.

While considered shameful by many, especially those who didn't suffer from it, it became more and more commonplace to find suffers of the disease fucking out in public to relieve the tension. People having sex because of the condition inevitably causing a baby boom, the current youngest generation called "Gen-XXX", "The Asmodeus Generation", or "Mods", after the condition itself.
