Getting through the halls and to art class. Heading inside and sit down. A bit early. See Brian come into class and he looks my way before going to his seat to drop his backpack off and then I see him walking over to me. “Cindy you have a minute “ he says almost in a whisper “sure what’s up” I say keeping my voice level down “I got this today in history “ he says pulling out a school envelope like the one I got but with his name on it. Open it and read it. Basically they want him dressed as a girl in a certain way tomorrow. “I know we are supposed to go Saturday for stuff but most of what they ask for I don’t have yet “ Brian says in a whisper. Smiling “don’t worry I have this stuff at home and can have you borrow it” I say “really “ he says with eyes wide open. “Yeah and what size do currently wear and your measurements so I can get the right size out?” I ask. He gives me the sizes that he has and his measurements. Almost like a combination of Rachael and Betty from gym class but a little taller. Taking a pen out of my purse bag I write down on the envelope my address “can you come by around 6pm and we can take care of it” I say. He looks at the address “sure that’s just around the corner from me “ he says “see you later then “ I say “thanks” he says before heading back to his desk. Hmm. Didn’t know he lives in the same neighborhood as me as I don’t remember seeing him around. Unless he doesn’t dress as a boy at home. Which he did mention he likes dressing up but just doesn’t have much girl clothes yet. So it’s possible.

As the bell rings and class starts Ms Black has us get our stuff out for another day of painting. While painting I start to think about what clothes I should paint on me tomorrow. Have to make sure I get up extra early so I have enough time to get it done. Last time was on a Saturday and had plenty of time as I wasn’t in a rush. Put the phone back into my purse bag. As the bell rings I get up and head out of the classroom into the hall heading towards math class.
